燃油箱通风口燃油箱盖配有一个通风口旋钮以密封燃油箱。
逆时针转动燃油箱盖通风口旋钮至少 2 或 3 圈打开燃油箱通风口。
操作前检查发动机是否已准备妥当？出于安全考虑，务必遵守环境条例，并尽可能延长设备的使用寿命，操作发动机前花一些时间检查工作条件是很重要的。
务必注意发现的问题，或在操作发动机前请维修经销商进行修理。
开始操作前检查前，确保发动机水平且设备上的发动机开关置于 OFF 位置。

1.2 燃油箱安装位置应高于气缸盖，加够足量的清洁燃油。
夏天用0号柴油，冬天用一10或一35号柴油。
1.3 打开燃油供给系统所有通路，使燃油在静压下充满输油泵、滤清器和喷油泵。
并排除燃油系统内空气。
1.4 油底壳加注清洁CC40柴油机(冬夏通用)，直至液面达到油标尺上刻线位置。
1.5 喷油泵、调速器内注入清洁CC40柴油机，液力偶合器注入清洁22号透平油。
1.6 冷却箱内加入软化清洁水，直至水位达到水标指示位置。
并加入适当比例的防锈乳化液。
首次加入乳化液为2％，补充时为l％。
1.7 用预供泵供油，使主油道内油压达到98kPa(1kgf／cm2)以上。
并打开气缸盖上罩壳，检查摇臂轴承处是否上油。
1.8 采用气动马达时，检查气源压力为588～882kPa(6—9kgf／cm2)。
1.9 采用电动马达时，检查蓄电池电解液应高出极板10-15ram，密度为1.28—1.30g／cm3。
1.10 扳动调速器上的停车手柄，齿条应移动灵活，不得有卡滞现象，转动油量操纵装置应轻便、灵活。
1.1l 将气缸盖的放气塞旋开少许，用人力盘转曲轴两圈以上，不准有卡碰和其它异响声。
(盘车前用预供泵泵油)。
1.12 冬季使用时必须先将机油、水加热使机体温度达40℃左右。
2 柴油机起动2.1 完成上述检查并确认无误后方可进行起动。
2.2 起动时机油温度和冷却液温度不低于20℃，可采用电动马达或气动马达起动，严禁采用车带车等强制方式起动。
2.2.1 用气动马达起动时，起动前先将油压低自动停车装置板杆按下，使喷油泵齿条位于供油位置，然后按动气开关，带动柴油机着火，气动马达每次连续运转不准超过15S。
2.2.2 动马达起动时，首先按手动或电动预供油泵，使油压大于98kPa(1kgf／cm2)以上，方可将起动开关打开，按下起动按钮进行起动，电动马达每次连续运转不准超过15S，每次间隔不低于1rain，若三次起动不成功，应查明原因排除故障再起动。

一、前言
新大洲XXX摩托车操纵灵活方便，使用简单安全，高效强制风冷四冲程发动机，马力十足，噪声和排污均低于国家标准所允许的数值。
除继续保留洛嘉摩托车造型美观、耗油量小、加速性能优越、制动安全可靠、骑行舒适愉快等优点外，新颖的外观设计，优美圆滑的线条，洋溢时代气息，更具摄人魅力，是您上班、上学，外出购物和旅游理想的代步工具。

二、安全驾驶
1.起动发动机之前，一定要作好驾驶前的检查，以防事故发生和避免零部件损坏。
2.摩托车驾驶人员需经过交通管理部门考试合格并取得驾驶执照后才允许驾车，不准把车借给没有驾驶执照的人驾驶。
3.为了避免其它机动车辆对您造成的伤害，您驾车时尽量做到引人注目，为此请注意：穿鲜明的服装、不得过分靠近其它的机动车辆、严禁争道抢行
4.严格遵守各地的交通规则：超速行驶是造成许多事故的原因，故行驶超速不能超过条件许可的范围转弯或改变车道时要发出信号，以引起其它驾驶员的注意。
5.在交叉路口、停车场进出口和停车道上要特别小心驾驶。
6.驾驶时应双手紧握方向手把，双脚踩在脚蹬上。
7.行李货架主要是用于携带轻量物品，并应使货物固定牢靠，以避免行驶时产生移动。
三、安全装置
1.为了保证人身安全，在行驶中应戴上安全帽、防护面罩、防尘眼镜以及手套等防护用具。
2.在行驶中，摩托车的排气消声器温度较高，为避免接触烫伤，乘坐人员应穿上长筒靴或遮盖住腿都的服装。
3.不得穿松散的服装，它可能钓住操纵杆、起动臂、脚蹬杆或轮子。
