There are several reasons for my decision to learn MPA in Agricultural University Of Nanjing.

我决定报考南京农业大学MPA 有以下原因：

The first, I am longing to a deeper understanding of public management , there is an urgent need to strengt hen the system management knowledge, so I choose MPA.

首先，我渴望加深对公共管理的了解，迫切需要学习公共管理的系统知识，所以，我选择了MPA。The second , Nanjing Agricultural University is one of the best domestic university. There are excellent te achers, a strong academic atmosphere, I suppose this is the most important factor in my decision.

第二，南京农业大学是国内最好的大学之一，有优秀的师资队伍，浓厚的学术氛围，我希望这是我做出决定的最重要的原因。

If luckily I get the chance to learn MPA , I will do my best on the study and research in my graduate time.

报考矿大的缘分：之前曾在…工作，过去的同事介绍联合培养信息，同时由于家庭在盐城，由于现在工作、个人提升的需要，有这个好的机会参加考试，另外说起来，和我同年录取的公务员同事就是徐州人，矿大本科，有机会也请各位老师去水美鱼肥的高邮湖做客。

由于8，9年不接触英语，所以这次复试自己基本靠背诵，如果出现了瞠目结舌，说的不好的地方，请老师多多包含。

公共管理和工作的关系。任何专业问题，都往下面引。

我国政府一直讲为人民为服务，建设服务型政府。如何让这句话不成为空话，而能真正落到实处。现在从上到下，都是推行讲绩效，注重考核、工作指标、工作任务的细化。我想带着问题来求知，抱着思考来学习，才能让学习公共管理充分发挥作用。诚然，现在我对公共管理知识了解的很少，但通过努力的学习，让工作和学习结合起来，这个一个已工作者的想法，尽可能做出一点实事，也许我的力量是微小的，但是我愿意尽量做出自己的微薄贡献。谢谢考官，回答完毕。

First I will talk something about myself. I am 。。。 and now I am 30. My hometown Yanche ng lies in the northeast of Jiangsu Province which is famous for David’

s deer and Red crown crane. I graduated from Nanking University in 2006 (two thousand an d six) and worked as a civil servant in 2009.( two thousand and six).The comission I work in now is near Gaoyou River, which is famous for its fishery products. It is my honour to invite the professors present to Gaoyou River, eating native food and enjoying beautiful scenery. Sometimes I felt that there is a potential link between the China University of Mining and Te chnology and me. I used to work in Yancheng Normal University. It is my former colleague and best friend who graduated from this university introduced me this chance to take part in t he post-graduate entrance examination and apply for a MPA degree. I valued this as a best a pproach to improve my knowledge and skills, that’s why I work hard to pass the exam. My wife got her MA degree in 2011.(two thousand and eleven), and now she works as an En glish teacher.. I felt motivated by her experience that her postgraduate education helps a lot i n her work, And I have an idea that I need the more knowledge and skills to better serve the public. No wonder becoming a Master of Public Administration became my first choice. I co uld make my work more worthwhile through this.

The central objective of our government is enabling people live better lives, which can only be achieved by constructing a service-oriented government. I believe the reason why a civil s ervant is called so is that it is our duty to serve the society. This is a real practice rather than empty words. My idea of becoming a MPA is not impulsive, since I realized that only by co mbining the necessary theory in public administration with my everyday work can effectiven ess and excellent performance in work be achieved. Obviously, what I knew about this subje ct is skin-deep. However, I believe that through my diligence, I can make my own contributi ons to the China Dream.

I am so glad to take this opportunity to introduce myself.

My name is Zhang San, 35 years old, born in Tianjing. In 1996, I entered Northeastern Univ ersity in Shenyang for my undergraduate period. My major is Electronic Information Techno logy. After graduating in 2000, I passed the national civil service examinations and became a civil servant of Tianjing Customs. I've worked there for almost 13 years. In 2006, through th e exam of competition for posts, I was appointed as deputy section chief of the technical dep artment. 5 years later, I was promoted to the section head. Besides, I act as Party Branch dep uty secretary. I am very interested in management research，and seven papers were published, among which there are many papers obtained awards fro m the customs society.

There are several reasons for my decision to learn MPA in University of International Busine ss and Economics (UIBE). Firstly, I have been deeply attracted by the academic atmosphere here. As far as I know, UIBE has sent a large number of qualified and specialized manageme nt talents to our customs system. Secondly, with the enhancement of management positions, I feel the lack of management knowledge, so I want to get a deeper understanding of public a dministration. I believe UIBE can provide me with enough opportunities to develop manage ment vision and improve the management level. I am willing to use new knowledge to do m
