——DL/T 5161.17—2002电气装置安装工程质量检验及评定规程本部分是

DL/T 5210的第一部分，是根据国家发展改革委员会《关于下达2004年行业标准项目计划的通知》(发改办工业[2004]872号)文的要求编制的。本部分编制的主要依据是:现行国家有关工程质量的法律、法规、管理标准、技术标准、电力行业有关标准和相关行业标准，并参考了原电力工业部标准《火电施工质量检验用及评定标准第一篇土建工程篇》(建质[1994]114号)的内容。

本部分共10章及5个规范性附录和3个资料性附录，主要技术内容包括范围、规范性引用文件、总则、质量验收及评定范围、通用工程、热力系统土建工

程、燃料供应系统土建工程、除灰渣系统土建工程、供水及水处理系统土建工程、电气系统土建工程。

1 范围

本部分规定了火力发电厂土建工程的施工质量检查、验收和单位工程质量评定。本部分适用于单机容量为1000MW级及以下的火力发电厂土建工程施工质量检查、验收和单位工程质量评定。燃气轮机电站、垃圾电站、1000kV及以下变电所等土建工程的施工质量检查、验收和单位工程质量评定，可参照执行。
