The production observation report is based on the quality production standard from Yuanda company and recommendation from Schmidlin referring to the technical specification of Huaihai Road #3 project. The observation of production consists of incoming material inspection, machining, units framing, SSG, packing and etc. The objective is to set up production quality standard, assembly procedure and make sure the quality would be executed on daily work.

总体概况

本生产核查报告是基于远大公司的生产质量标准以及旭密林公司根据淮海路3号项目的技术规格要求的建议。核查的内容包括到场材料检查，机械加工，单元组框，结构胶装配，单元包装等内容。核查的目的旨在建立生产的质量标准及组装流程，并确保质量在日常工作中得以落实。

1. Incoming key material inspection 到场的主要材料检查

1.1 Aluminum Profiles 铝型材

The following items has to be checked 需要核查以下项目： a) Dimension check, section, length,

convexity, straightness, bases on die drawings;

基于模图进行尺寸核查，截面、长度、平整度、笔直度；

b) Finish treatment check, coating thickness

Holes for screw fixing with seal 需要密封固定螺栓孔位Dow corning 1200 OS primer for bonding 道康宁1200OS粘结剂底漆
