比方: Would you please spell the guest name?Would you please give me the credit card information like credit card number, cardholder and the expiration date for guarantee?使用酒店,Would you please fax the contract back in three days? *exactly,exact 表示确实的。

在酒店英中常做的,真的解。

比方:入住客人姓名:The name of the exact guest2.现在正当促销时段,价格已经是最低的价格,协议价会略高一点。

The guest can onlyenjoy the special rate during these promotion time, the rate is floor rate, and the contract rate may be a little bit higher.*enjoy 此作享受、享受解。

此促段可享受特别价格。

*floor rate表示最低的价格,没有商讨余地了。

从字面上亦可看出其解。

3.客人想要 Early Check-in 或 Late Check-out, 需要酒店免去加收的半天房费时,见告客人需要别的帮客人申请 ,并会赶忙恩赐回复。
