规范
（一）应使用实验室专用的搅拌器和拍打式混匀器。
（二）使用的管子、盖子、杯子或瓶子都应该保持完好，无裂隙、无变形。
盖子、垫圈应恰好配套，保持完好。
（三）在使用混匀器、振荡器和超声处理器时，容器内的压力会增大，含有感染性材料的气溶胶可能会从容器和盖子间的空隙逸出。
由于玻璃可能破碎而释放感染性物质并伤害操作者，建议使用塑料容器，特别是聚四氟乙烯（Polyet-rafluorethylene，PTFE）器皿。
（四）当使用混匀器、振荡器和超声处理器处理感染性物质时，应有防护装置，在生物安全柜里操作。
（五）在操作结束后，应在生物安全柜里开启容器。
（六）操作人员在使用超声处理器时，应有耳部听力保护装置。
