大学英语1
一、考核方式：
第二阶段（第20周）考试，闭卷，非教考分离科目，由大学英语教研室单独命题，试卷分A,B两套。
二、考试范围：
Unit 1—Unit 7 Section A 部分。
由于新生入学教育，放假停课等原因，文科班级完成1—7单元，工科班级完成1—8单元，艺术系自定。
三、考试题型、出题范围及分值分布：

2013-2014学年第1学期口语考试通知
各位老师，本学期的口语考试将于18-19周进行，现将有关事宜通知如下：
1. 考试时长: 1节课（45’）
2. 考试形式：随堂考
3. 考试地点: 7栋教学楼语音室（513，514，515，614）
4. 考试系统:听说训练系统
5. 考试内容:
1）13级
Section A: Self-introduction（1分钟左右，分值5分）
该部分要求学生在规定时间内进行自我介绍。
学生进入考室拿到试卷有5分钟的时间准备。
Section B: Topic Speech(3分钟左右，分值5分)
该部分要求学生在规定时间内就试卷上话题进行即兴演讲。

Section A: Situational Conversation(3分钟左右，分值5分)
该部分要求学生两人一组搭档。
班级人数若为奇数，有一组三人。
学生进入考室拿到试卷上给定的场景后有10分钟的时间准备。
Section B: Topic Speech(3分钟左右，分值5分)
该部分要求学生在规定时间内就试卷上话题进行即兴演讲。

6. 考试要求:
1）以班为单位，一节课(45’)完成一场考试，另一节课在原课室正常授课或者组织学生在原课室进行期末复习。
2）考生只允许带笔进入考场，不准携带除试卷以外的任何纸质资料，请提醒学生不得用手机等通讯设备作弊，尤其是图片及话题部分，应为学生即兴发挥，禁止学生念小抄。
3）口语试卷不得提前发放，待师生进入语音室方可发放试卷。
4）各班级口语考试均由各授课老师独立完成，考试当天无专门人员提供协助及技术支持。
5）不熟悉口语考试系统操作的老师，请先认真阅读教研室提供的系统使用指南，建议考前自行到语音室进行实操演练，熟悉考试流程，熟练掌握系统使用方法。
7. 其他：
各班级的考试时间及考室安排，会在近期以表格的形式发给各位老师。
请各位老师务必尽快将有关考试的内容通知学生，准备好口语考试。

教字〔2015〕153号关于认真做好2015年下学期期末考试工作的通知各学院及有关单位：本学期期末考试将于2016年元月14日开始，现就本学期期末考试工作的安排及要求通知如下，望各有关单位遵照执行。
一、在期末考试开始前一周，各学院将本学院期末考试具体安排上报教务处含高年级考试安排。
各有关单位须组织任课教师、教学管理人员及学生认真学习《西安电子科技大学学生成绩考核与管理规定》(西电教〔2014〕3号)、《西安电子科技大学本科生考试纪律与学术规范条例》(西电学〔2014〕27号)。
严格执行各项规定，坚决杜绝考试作弊现象，对违纪者将严肃处理，并通报全校。
二、期末考试期间考试时间见考试日程表中的考试起止时间。
三、参加考试的各年级学生，均须携带本人的身份证、一卡通（学生证），并自觉摆放在座位左上角。
一卡通丢失者，持学生证或身份证到学校卡务中心补办，无身份证及一卡通（学生证）双证者不允许参加考试。
四、各门课程的考试，各学院须严格按教务处要求安排学生座位，考场安排及要求见附件。
外国语学院和实验室与设备处负责放音并保证放音设备正常运行，信息化建设处需关闭A、B楼及图书馆的无线网络，开启标准化考场（B楼）监控。
五、任课教师在考试前要认真校对印刷好的试题，凡试题有误的须备好勘误表，在考试时交监考人员，考题出错严重且未备勘误表者按教学事故处理。
六、考试纸附页及草稿纸各学院要统一打上标记且不允许提前发给学生，须随考题同时发出。
所有的考场都必须安排二人监考，超过50（含50）人的考场必须安排三人监考。
各监考须提前15分钟到达指定考场，按第四条要求安排考生就坐，宣布考场纪律，逐人核实身份证、一卡通，并详细填写《考场情况登记表》，认真履行监考守则。
七、各学院须于2016年1月7日（星期四）前将公共基础课程各考场教室及考生人数报开课学院，各开课学院要按各考场学生人数提前分装好考题，做好考前各方面的准备工作。
为严防考题失密，考题一律由开课学院送考场办公室。
大学期末考试注意事项
大学期末考试注意事项各学院：xxxx年春季学期期末考核将于xxxx年7月1日-10日进行，现将期末考核注意事项通知如下：1．学生凭有效证件（学生证或身份证）进入考场，校园卡不能作为有效的考试证件使用。
2．考试开始30分钟后迟到考生不得入场，开考30分钟内禁止考生离场。
3. 期末考试铃声设置为：9:00、11:00、13:00、15:00、15:30、17:30。
4.请监考教师严格按照《期末考试监考指令》进行监考，监考时需佩戴监考牌，在考试过程中，监考老师应密切关注学生的情况，不得做与监考无关的事情，如玩手机、闭目养神、相互交谈等。
5.开卷或闭卷考试，学生手机一律关机后存放到讲台上；开卷考试只能携带教材、参考书、课堂笔记并独立使用，禁止携带电子产品；闭卷考试禁止将与考试无关的物品（书籍、资料等）放在座位上。
6.在线阅卷的答题卡是A3大小纸张，开课学院在考前要提醒考生考试时带上2B铅笔，认真填涂考试信息，如有两张答题卡的需在两张答题卡上填上考生信息，并在答题区域用黑色签字笔答题，字迹要清晰工整，不可超出答题区域，超出答题区域的答案无效。
答题卡上不得做任何无关的标记，以免机器误读。
7. 《大学英语B(2)》2021级普通本科（美术、体教、戏剧教育除外）有听力考试，听力播放方式、时间和要求如下：注：（1）请在考前通知学生考试时务必带上调频无线耳机。
（2）考试前请监考教师务必将听力播放时间和方式书写在黑板上。
听力播放完后，考生不得再使用和佩戴耳机。
（3）xxxx年6月29日13:00-13:30将进行英语听力试音，请通知参加《大学英语B（2）》考试的学生带上调频耳机到所在考场进行听力试音，如听力有问题，请学院汇总问题后当天反馈给外文学院杨红梅老师。
8.公共课考试试卷在考试完当天以学院为单位返回到课程归口学院，并做好试卷交接记录。
（学府大道校区公共课试卷由学生所在学院负责收齐整理，课程归口学院负责领取。
）9.6月26日中午12点后学生可通过教务系统于考前在线上提出缓考申请，经学院、教务处审核通过后缓考申请成功，缓考时间于xxxx年秋季学期开学第二周进行；10.期末考核成绩录入时间：xxxx年6月26日中午12点—7月13日中午12点止，为了保证考试成绩的严肃性，阅卷教师录入成绩后先保存，经学院对所录成绩复核无误后再送审成绩。

关于组织20092010学年第2学期期末考试工作的通知
关于组织2009——2010学年第2学期期末考试工作的通知教务处[2010]43号各教学单位和及相关部门：根据我校本学期教学工作进程安排，我校所有课程的教学环节应在本学期第十七周内（2010年6月28日前）完成，本学期期末考试安排在第十八周和第十九周（2010年7月5日——2010年7月16日）期间进行。
现将有关考试工作安排如下：一、考试的组织与领导：为保证我校期末考试工作的顺利进行，根据《潍坊学院考试管理暂行规定》的要求，建立校院两级考试工作领导小组。
1、学校成立由学校分管领导、教务处、学生处等相关部门的人员组成的考试工作领导小组，负责对全校考试工作进行协调处理，组织校级巡视小组，对全校考试情况进行全面的检查与监督。
主考：冯滨鲁副主考：澹凡忠、李学军考务办公室：教务处学籍管理科2、各教学单位成立由院长任组长，由学院（部）相关人员组成的考试工作领导小组，并设置考务办公室，负责本院部考试的具体安排及院部巡视活动。
3、根据学校相关规定，各院部应成立试卷保密工作小组，负责试卷的领取、发放和保管等环节。
4、各学院要在考前组织全体教师，认真学习《潍坊学院考试管理暂行规定》、《潍坊学院考场规则》、《潍坊学院监考守则》等系列考试管理规定，并组织全体人员开展专题学习，及时将本通知内容传达到每一位教师和学生，使大家能够提高认识、思想重视，并严格执行。
二、考试科目、考试时间及考核形式：1、考试科目：（1）各学院应严格按照本学期的教学执行任务书生成的《潍坊学院2009——2010学年第2学期期末考试科目表》（见附件一）执行。
科目表中用黄色标注的部分不允许修改，确需修改者需报教务处批准，禁止私自增加或减少考试科目。
（2）各学院要以考试科目表的数据为基础，形成本学期的《期末考试日程安排表》（格式见表1），考试科目表中的所有课程均要有对应的考试日程安排。
2、考核形式：（1）根据课程的性质（以各专业教学计划为准），考试课程（除实践环节）原则上统一安排闭卷考试，对于某些实践性较强的课程，经学院院长批准，可采取其它的考试形式，但应严格把关。

《河北工程大学本科生大学英语课程考核及成绩评定办法（试行）》已经2013年第十七次校长办公会议研究通过，现予以印发，请遵照执行。

（试行）
根据教育部《大学英语课程教学要求》（教高厅〔2007〕3号）文件精神，结合我校大学英语教学改革实际，制定本办法。
一、课程考核
1.考核方式
大学英语第1、2、3、4学期实行课程统一考试。
2.补考
第1、2、3、4学期大学英语成绩不合格者（低于60分），需参加学校组织的补考或重修。
二、成绩评定
大学英语课程的成绩评定采用形成性评价与终结性评价相结合的办法，以课堂表现、课堂测试、网上自主学习记录、平
时作业及出勤率为主要内容的形成性评价占总成绩的50%；以期末语言综合能力考试为内容的终结性评价占总成绩的50%（具体评定参考依据见附件）。
主讲教师根据《大学英语课程成绩评定参考依据》，结合不同班级的实际情况，确定任课班级的成绩评定标准，经《大学英语》教研室和文学院批准备案后，对在教学过程中的考勤、作业、课堂测试、课堂讨论等成绩及时、准确、公正地给予评价并做好记录，纳入课程平时成绩，记录需在《大学英语》教研室留存。
三、本办法自2013级学生开始执行，以前有关办法与本办法有不相符的，以本办法为准。
本办法由教务处负责解释。
