R1:It's about wind energy in China.We have concluded into 5 aspects.

R1:The first one is about the development.China's industry of wind energy are now is non-coordinated.For example,the resources of wind energy in china are now concentrated in northwest and southwest region.The solution is to develop the wind energy in different places.

R2:And the wind power industry system in our country is not completed.For example,some stations may appeared a lot of problems about quality,quantity and so on.The solution is to establish a completed system of wind energy industry.

R1:The second one is about the funds.Our country's investment is not enough.For example,many stations of wind energy have to stop production because of the lack of money.And the solution is our government ought to support the development of wind energy by taking actions.

R2:In my opinion,the pricing structure of wind energy generation is not completed.For example,people have to pay high price of wind energy generation.The solution is to set a reasonable standard of price.

R1:The third one is about the risks.As we all know,Chinese lag in wind energy technology can hardly compete with the developed countries.For example,many stations spent much money buying the technology,but they can't get the core one.The solution is to make great efforts to train talents.

R2:At the same time,some stations lose about 150,000 kilowatt per year.It's a big waste.The solution is to research and develop new technique.

R1:The fourth one is about the awareness.Nowadays,there still some people haven't have a probable knowledge of wind energy in China.For example, if you ask some students to talk about

that,they can say a few of that.So courses should be set up to solve the problem.

R2:And some scholars and our government haven't pay much attention to that.For example,we still not have a concrete develop plan.The solution is to strengthen the concerns of whole society.

R1:The fifth one is about the future.The speed of plan is lower than that of reality.For example,Chinese government set a target was 10 gigawatt by 2010.However,by 2009,the total capacity has reached 25 gigawatt.The solution is to set a more realistic plan.

R2:And the industry fails to combine with the market,economy and so on.For example,some stations have to research and develop by their own.The solution is to enhance the communication with all areas of society.
