学生在本节课程中应该掌握以下知识技能：•能够听懂并正确理解与健康和疾病相关的词汇和表达。

教学过程1. Warm-up（15分钟）教师播放一段背景音乐，热热身让同学们跟着音乐动起来，以便缓解疲劳。
之后，教师发问，询问同学们是否有任何身体不舒服的地方并提供几个词汇，诸如头痛、咳嗽、发烧、感冒等。
2. Presentation（15分钟）教师介绍本节课程内容，并向同学们展示一些图片和试剂盒，以便回顾“医生”这个职业，并向同学们介绍“体温计”、“血压计”和“听诊器”等医学仪器。
3. Listening and Speaking（30分钟）教师播放录音，并让同学们听录音，并观察图片，以便了解录音中所涉及的身体部位的名称及其功能。
不久之后，教师让同学们进行实践。
在小组内，同学们互相提问对方有任何身体不舒服的情况，并学会了解对方身体的状况，并进行简单建议和安慰。
4. Reading and Writing（45分钟）教师向同学们展示一些图表，以便解释不同的疾病的间接和直接原因，并激发同学们的好奇心和求知欲望。

【设计意图】很真实的情境，利用学生找不到课本，引导学生说出My English book is lost。这个句型学生在四年级学过，但是意思不同，老师接着引导学生说出I lost my English book，然后通过板书lost lose，给学生讲解过去式和原形以及它的不同含义。同时板书的lost，也是本单元很重要的一个词语，构成了重点句型的答句
小游戏：抽单词卡片，然后表演完整对话，操练句型。
语文课本中的文章都是精选的比较优秀的文章,还有不少名家名篇。如果有选择循序渐进地让学生背诵一些优秀篇目、精彩段落,对提高学生的水平会大有裨益。现在,不少语文教师在分析课文时,把文章解体的支离破碎,总在文章的技巧方面下功夫。结果教师费劲,学生头疼。分析完之后,学生收效甚微,没过几天便忘的一干二净。造成这种事倍功半的尴尬局面的关键就是对文章读的不熟。常言道“书读百遍,其义自见”,如果有目的、有计划地引导学生反复阅读课文,或细读、默读、跳读,或听读、范读、轮读、分角色朗读,学生便可以在读中自然领悟文章的思想内容和写作技巧,可以在读中自然加强语感,增强语言的感受力。久而久之,这种思想内容、写作技巧和语感就会自然渗透到学生的语言意识之中,就会在写作中自觉不自觉地加以运用、创造和发展。T:What’s the matter with you,××?
