某啤酒厂污水处理站设计

摘要: 随着啤酒工业日益发展,建厂规模越来越大,啤酒废水呈水量大、有机物浓度高、BOD/COD高、可生化性良好等特点,对啤酒废水处理技术的要求也逐渐提高,国外正在加强这类中高浓度啤酒废水处理的理论和应用研究。本论文的研究目的是以中高浓度啤酒废水为研究对象,探索适合于该类废水处理的工艺技术路线和设计参数。

本论文的研究容是通过对某啤酒厂生产工艺及水量、水质调查研究,采用上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)和SBR组合工艺处理啤酒废水,提出合理的设计参数

并进行技术经济分析。然后对设计工艺进行运行参数调试和优化,并对工业化装置的运转状况进行总结,最终得出适合该类废水的推荐处理工艺和运行参数。

本文的创新点在于采用UASB和SBR组合全生化工艺处理高浓度啤酒废水,并对产生的沼气进行回收利用,节省了废水处理工程投资和运行成本,为类似啤酒废水处理提供了借鉴。关键词:啤酒废水、UASB、SBR、沼气与污泥

Abstract::Currently,with the requirements of the industrial distribution planning,new or expanded chemical enterprises must be set up in the chemical industrial park or development zones,and implement the centralized wastewater treatment which facilitate environmental management departments to strengthen supervision.Therefore,the chemical enterprises discharging the wastewater only need to carry on the pretreatment to achieve the control standard of the centralism sewage treatment plant,then discharge.However,as the development of chemical products and the production technology,the quantity of chemical wastewater was small,the concentration of organic matter Was high,the concentration of organic chemicals was high,the concentration of salts was high,which bring greater difficulties to the treatment.

Taking the acrylic acid and the ester wastewater as the object of study in this paper,The wastewater industrialization treatment methods such as burned,wet air oxidation catalyst,aerobic biological treatment ete Was introduced,and each processing method with good and bad points Was analyzed.The status and progress of the research on the treatment to acrylic acid and the ester wastewater using anaerobic+aerobic biochemistry craft processing Was enhanced emphatically on this basis.

Through summarizing and analyzing the problems found in the operation of the project,this study discovered the deficiency of the design and accumulated experience for the acrylic acid and the ester wastewater treatment project.
