1. We have booked shipping space on S.S “Haihe”. The voyage normally takes three weeks.

我们已经在海河号轮船上定了货舱。航程一般为三周。

2. Since the premium varies with the scope of insurance, extra premium is for buyer’s account, should additional risks be covered.

因保险范围不同,故保险金额不等,是否额外投保由买方决定.

3. We now await your shipping instructions, and immediately we receive them we shall send you our shipping advice.

我方正等待你方的装船指示，收到后我方会立即向你方发送装运通知。

4. We would like you to send us details of your various ranges, including sizes, colors and prices, and also samples of the different qualities of material used.

希望你方给我方发送各种商品的详情，包括尺码、颜色和价格，以及使用不同品质原料的样品。

5. We make you the following offer, subject to your reply reaching us not later than noon time, November 20.

6. We must stress that this offer is firm only for three days because of the heavy demand for the limited supplies of our products in stock.

8. Please note that payment is to be made by confirmed, irrevocable L/C allowing partial shipment and transshipment, available by draft at sight.

9. Please inform us one week before the shipment of the name of the vessel, ETA and loading capacity.

10. FPA coverage is too narrow for a shipment of this nature, please extend it to include TPND.

We wish to call your attention to the validity of the L/C since there is no possibility of L/C extension.

There will be a steady demand here for the above mentioned commodities of high qua lity at moderate price.

5.食品价格已经急剧上升，所以现在不可能再以较低的价格购买此货。

Since the prices of food have risen sharply, now it’s impossible to purchase this item at a relatively low price.

6.由于你方订单项下的货物超出了我方的经营范围，我方只能部分接受你方订单。

As some items under your order are beyond our business scope, we can only accept your order partially.

7.你方订购的1000台电视机备妥待运已久。请速开立有关信用证，以便装运。The 1000 sets of colour television have been ready for shipment for a long time. Please expedite to open the relevant L/C so that we can effect shipment.

8.信用证要求在装船前30天开到卖方，装船后15天内在卖方所在国的任何银行议付有效。

The L/C is required to reach the seller 30 days before the shipment, and to remain valid at any bank in the seller’s country within 15 days after the shipment.

9.除非你们找一家有信誉的公司担保，否则我们不接受用承兑交单付款。Unless you find a reputable company guarantee, we do not accept payments by document against acceptance

10.请寄我方一份贵公司目前可供出口的各式微波炉的最新价目单。

Please send me a copy of your company currently available for export up-to-date price list of the various types of microwave ovens.
