Firstly, Graduates employment structural imbalance, and the obvious contradiction between supply and demand. China is in the peak of the population, there is a lot of new labor force in need of employment. Secondly, with the continuous development of China's higher education in a few years, the higher education is into the era of mass. The popularization of higher education has become a necessity, but some of the issues which brought about the popularization of education massive enrollment requirements in the Chinese University. One of the direct results of the enrollment is the rapid growth of the college graduates. National College graduates during three year increase separately is, 1.45 million, 2.12 million 2.8 million, and more than three million in 2005(under the influence of the social environment).No significant growth in the premise of the social demand for human resources, this amount of change in the work of graduate employment impact is enormous, and the employment of university students from elite to popularity. Thirdly, the reality of the job market segmentation to increase the difficulty of college students' employment. In recent years, graduates of their own jobs has become mainstream, household registration, file a number of factors, however, is still a stumbling block of the employment of university students. Many college students looking for work has "the city accounts no chance" the painful experience, employer location accounts, college students with many opportunities for good jobs lost. Fourthly, a variety of conditions set by the employer blindly bring employment difficult. Of which the most important is the experience obstacles, many employers, especially enterprise frequently require job applicants to two to three years of work experience, and many graduates are often difficult to implement due to the lack of practical work experience. Firstly, policy guidance for the employment of graduates encouraged the graduates to SMEs, employment in remote areas and grass-roots units. At present, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, in urgent need of a large number of people, which is one of the main source of employment for graduates.In addition, the government should actively for graduates to poor areas and grass-roots work to create the conditions: open up the perennial standardized channels and strengthen propaganda and guidance; provide some preferential policies for graduates to grassroots units. Secondly,we should establish and perfect the system of employment information network, sharing of resources. The uses of accurate, efficient and comprehensive arecollection, screening, analysi s and evaluation of all types’ information and resource sharing between. Give full play to the role of the network in the employment of graduates at all levels of government, education authorities and universities should pay close attention to the employment information network construction. The establishment of a unified national demand library, which improve the level of information and information resources of the graduates' employment rate.The employer demand optional, reasonable replacement of redundant staff to be based on the need to introduce different levels of graduates. The employer should change the concept of selection, following demand to selecting people. The high-level graduates are to develop the talent of scientific research, technology development, and low-level graduates to develop the operational aspects of the specific use of talent.
