My doggy likes to disco dance.

He boogies every night.

He dances in his doghouse

till the early morning light.

The other dogs come running

when they hear my doggy swing.

as their tails begin to wag.

They love to do the bunny hop,

the fox trot and the shag.

You ll see the doghouse rockin as a hundred dogs or more

all trip the light fantastic

on the doghouse disco floor.

At last, at dawn, they exit

in the early morning breeze,

and stop to sniff the fire hydrants, bushes, lawns and trees.

I just don t understand it

for although it looks like fun.

I can t see how they fit inside that doghouse built for one.

I wish I had lasagna

or a piece of pumpkin pie. Another day of peanut butter might just make me cry.

But still this awful sandwich

is in every lunch I take.

我时常这样告诫自己：既然选择了教师这一职业，就要把我的青春、我的热情、我的全部精力都献给它，这样，我才会问心无愧。

就凭着这种坚定的信念，我在自己的岗位上默默地奉献，辛勤地耕耘，把自己全部的精力都花在学生身上。教书育人是自己的职责，爱岗敬业是自己的本分。真正做到了情洒教坛终不悔，换来桃李满园香。下面我将从以下四个方面对自己近几年的班主任工作进行整理：

一、养成教育，常抓不懈

一年级学生由于年龄小，自控力较差，思想单纯，把老师视为神，老师说的话就是真理。因此，我从培养良好习惯入手，扎实有效地加强每个小学生的常规训练，训练内容包括课堂常规、集体出操常规、卫生常规，以及排队离校常规等，以夺星星的形式进行，每周进行一次评比，各方面都做得好的记一颗星，学期末给他发个小奖状，在他们眼里一个小小的奖状比一百元钱还珍贵。

我现在所担任的班级独生子女多，再加上大多学生的家境较好，学生中存在浪费现象，吃零食、浪费没用完的橡皮和本子等现象比比皆是，面对这种风气，我以极大的耐心和热情来对待我班学生，我专门利用班队课进行教育，给他们讲革命故事，谈谈面包是怎样来的，再联系汶川地震，谈谈灾区的小朋友需要什么?再讲某某母亲靠捡费纸等供孩子上大学的事。渐渐地，班级
