传感器光电传感器概要光电传感器的定义「光电传感器」是利用光的各种性质,检测物体的有无和表面状态的变化等的传感器。
光电传感器主要由发光的投光部和接受光线的受光部构成。
如果投射的光线因检测物体不同而被遮掩或反射,到达受光部的量将会发生变化。
受光部将检测出这种变化,并转换为电气信号,进行输出。
大多使用可视光(主要为红色,也用绿色、蓝色来判断颜色)和红外光。
光电传感器如下图所示主要分为3类。

利用这种性质,可对检测物体的颜色进行检测。
⑦便于调整在投射可视光的类型中,投光光束是眼睛可见的,便于对检测物体的位置进行调整。
光电传感器原理①光的性质直射光在空气中和水中时,总是直线传播。
使用对射型传感器外置的开叉来检测微小物体的示例便是运用了这种原理。
曲折是指光射入到曲折率不同的界面上时,通过该界面后,改变行进方向的现象。
反射(正反射、回归反射、扩散反射)在镜面和玻璃平面上,光会以与入射角相同的角度反射,称为正反射。

1、容栅位移传感器工作原理
以电容器为敏感元件,将机械位移量转换为电容量变化,可进行位移的测量。
平行板电容器的电容与极板面积成正比,与极板间距成反比。
由一个固定极板和一个可移动极板,可以组成变面积式电容传感器。
改变两极板的对应面积,传感器的电容随之变化。
容栅位移传感器是基于变面积工作原理的电容传感器,其电极的排列如同栅状,相当于多个变面积型电容传感器的并联。
容栅结构如图2.2.1所示,定极板为两组等间隔交叉的极栅,动极板的极距相同且栅宽相同。
动极板相对于定极板移动时,机械位移量转变为电容值的变化,通过电路转化得到电信号的相应变化量。
物理实验中使用的一种电子数显尺,就是采用如图2.2.2所示的多级片型容栅作为传感器,动尺的多组栅片并联是为了提高测量精度及降低对传感器制造精度的要求。
动极板在移动的过程中,始终与不同的小电极组成差动电容器。
动尺相对于定尺移动时,电容周期变化,产生的脉冲信号通过电路转化放大及芯片计算得到位移值的变化,并显示出来。
2、容栅传感器应运详细介绍(Capacitive)
容栅传感器是一种新型位移数字式传感器,它是一种基于变面积工作原理的电容传感器。
因为它的电极排列如同栅状,故称此类传感器为容栅传感器。
与其他大位移传感器,如光栅、磁栅等相比,虽然准确度稍差,但体积小、造价低、耗电省和环境使用性强,广泛应用于电子数显卡尺、千分尺、高度仪、坐标仪和机床行程的测量中。
结构及工作原理
根据结构形式,容栅传感器可分为三类,即直线容栅、圆容栅和圆筒容栅。
其中,直线容栅和圆筒容栅用于直线位移的测量,圆容栅用于角位移的测量,直线型容栅传感器结构简图图11-23所示。
容栅传感器由动尺和定尺组成,两者保持很小的间隙δ,如图11-23b所示。
动尺上有多个发射电极和一个长条形接收电极;定尺上有多个相互绝缘的反射电极和一个屏蔽电极(接地)。
一组发射电极的长度为一个节距W,一个反射电极对应于一组发射电极。
在图11-23中,若发射电极有48个,分成6组,则每组有8个发射电极。
每隔8个接在一起,组成一个激励相,在每组相同序号的发射电极上加一个幅值、频率和相位相同的激励信号,相邻序号电极上激励信号的相位差是45°(360°/8)。
设第一组序号为1的发射电极上加一个相位为0°的激励信号,序号为2的发射电极上的激励信号相位则为45°,以次类推,则序号为8的发射电极上的激励信号相位就为315°;而第二组序号为9的发射电极上的激励信号相位与第一组序号为1的相位相同,也为0°,以次类推,直到第6组的序号48为止。
发射电极与反射电极、反射电极与接收电极之间存在着电场。
由于反射电极的电容耦合和电荷传递作用,使得接收电极上的输出信号随发射电极与反射电极的位置变化而变化。
当动尺向右移动x距离时,发射电极与反射电极间的相对面积发生变化,反射电极上的
电荷量发生变化,并将电荷感应到接收电极上,在接收电极上累积的电荷Q与位移量x成正比。
经运算器处理后进行公/英制转换和BCD码转换,再由译码器将BCD码转变成七段码,送显示驱动单元,容栅测量转换电路框图如图11-24所示。
一般用于数显卡尺的容栅的节距W=0.635mm(25毫英寸),最小分辨力为0.01mm,非线性误差小于0.01mm,在150mm范围内的总测量误差为0.020.03mm。
直线容栅传感器还有一种梳状结构,能接近衍射光栅和激光干涉仪的测量准确度,但造价远比它们低。
2.1 容栅传感器在数显尺中的应用
普通测量工具,如游标卡尺、千分尺等在读数时存在视差。
随着容栅技术在测量工具中的应用及性能/价格比的不断提高,数显卡尺、千分尺应运而生,并在生产中越来越多地替代了传统卡尺。
图11-25所示。
在图11-25中,容栅定尺安装在尺身上,动尺与测量转换电路(专用IC)安装在游标上,分辨力为0.01mm,重复准确度0.02mm。
当若干分钟不移动动尺时,自动断电,因此
1.5V氧化银扣式电池可使用一年以上。
通过复位按钮可在任意位置置零,消除累积误差;通过公/英制转换钮实现公/英制转换;通过串行接口可与计算机或打印机相,经软件处理,可对测量数据进行统计处理。
除此以外,直线容栅还可配以单片机为处理核心的测量电路,应用于数显测高仪中,测量范围可达1m以上,分辨力可达0.005mm。
数显千分尺图11-26所示,它的分辨力为0.001mm,重复准确度为0.00mm,累积误差为0.00mm。
数显千分尺采用的是圆容栅。
圆容栅由旋转容栅和固定容栅组成,圆容栅示意图图11-27所示。

部分的金属连成一片并接地,相当于屏蔽电极。
固定容栅的外圆均匀分布着40条金属导片,共分成8组,每组5条导片,每隔4条连成一组,形成发射电极。
这5组导片分别接到5个引出端子,由5个依次相移72((360(/5)的方波进行激励。
固定容栅的中间有两金属环与发射电极相对应,一个金属环作为接收电极,另一个最里圈的金属环接地,也相当于屏蔽电极。
使用数显千分尺时,固定容栅不动,安装在尺身上,旋转容栅随螺杆旋转,发射电极与反射电极的相对面积发生变化,反射电极上的电荷也随之发生变化,并感应到接收电极上。
接收电极上的电荷量与角位移存在一定的比例关系,并间接反映了螺杆的直线位移。
接收电极上的电荷量经信号调整电路(专用IC)处理后,由显示器显示出位移量。
3、直线型容栅传感器专项
容栅传感器是一种基于变面积工作原理,可测量大位移的电容式数字传感器。
它与其它数字式位移传感器,如光栅、感应同步器等相比,具有体积小、结构简单、分辨率和准确度高、测量速度快、功耗小、成本低、对使用环境要求不高等突出的特点,因此在电子测量技术中占有十分重要的地位。
本系统中主要是对直线位移的测量,所以采用直线型容栅传感器。
容栅传感器的结构非常类似于平行板电容器,它是由一组排列成栅状结构的平行板电容器并联而成的,如果把随时间变化的周期信号,通过电子电路的控制,在同一瞬间以不同的相位分布,分别加载于顺序排列的栅状电容器各个栅极上,则在另一公共极板上,任一瞬间产生的感应信号将与该瞬间加载的激励信号具有相同的相位分布。
容栅传感器动栅、定栅各极板之间形成的电容的等效电路,设C1(x),C2(x),C3(x)……C8(x)为动栅上48块极板与定栅上相应极板所构成的电容量,它是位移x的函数,假设小发射极板与反射极板完全覆盖时两者之间的电容为C0,每一块小发射极板的宽度为w,当0≤x≤w 时,C 8(x)=C 0(x)/w,C 1(x)=C 2(x)=C 3(x)=C 0,C 4(x)=C 0(1-x/w),c5(x)=c6(x)=c7(x)=0。
由此可以得出整个量程中两极板之间的电容量随位移x的变化规律。
在x为任何值时,动栅上的48块极板中总有一部分与“地”(屏蔽板)形成电容,相应的输入信号源直接接入“地”,对传感器的输出信号不产生影响,可是为了导出φ(x)(φ(x)为传感器的输出信号相对于某一驱动信号的相位移)随位移量x连续变化的统一公式,在推导中不考虑这些极板对“地” 形成电容,而仍把它们看作对定栅板形成电容,只不过此时它们的电容量为零而已。
由于这些电容量为零,则其阻抗为无穷大。
相应的信号源全部落在这些电容上,同样,对传感器的输出信号无影响。
如果给容栅传感器每组发射极板上所加的发射电压V1~V8为8路频率、幅值相同而相邻小极板间相位相差为π/4的正弦交变电压,则在发射极上有电压Vf,在接收极上有电压Vr。
应用交流电路理论及基尔霍夫电流定律,解读图l的等效电路,如下:
如果用Vo表示各发射极电压的幅值,并取8路信号中的第1路信号的相位为参考值,则有:

将上述各量及Ci(x)(i=1,2,…,8)代入以上两式,即得
可见,容栅传感器的输出电压是一频率与发射电压相同的正弦电压,其幅值在很小范围内变化,可近似看作一常数,而相位比V1超前了π/4+φ(x)。
相位移φ(x)可采用鉴相型测量电路测出,即可得到相对位移x,可见容栅传感器是一种相位跟踪型的位移传感器,这种传感器对输入信号的幅值变化不敏感,故具有较好的抗干扰能力。
在整个测量系统中,容栅传感器的主要作用是把机械位移量转变成电信号的相位变化量,然后送给测量电路进行数据处理。
容栅传感器通过精密电压比较器TLC354进行控制,由继电器供电,由CPU89C52提供所需的激励信号,同时接收其感应信号,并通过鉴相型电路测量出激励信号与感应信号的相位差,经过一系列的变化,即可得出活塞移动的长度距离。
