四、注意事项
1.考生证件：准考证、身份证（或学生证）。
2.考试使用手机探测器，禁止学生携带手机入场。
3.整个考试过程考生不允许交卷。
4.考试结束将试卷放入塑料袋，答题卡三和密封条放入试卷袋，连同其它
考试材料送回考务办公室。
5.监考教师监考期间严禁使用手机。
请监考老师按以下步骤逐一实施考试。本年度英语专业四级考试于2016年4月23日（星期六）上午8：30进行，时间共约130分钟。考试正式开始15分钟后，迟到考生不得进入考场。考试开始后直至考试结束前，任何考生都不得提前离开考点。考试正式开始60分钟后允许考生交卷，交卷后的考生由考点提供的专门休息室进行统一管理；考试结束前30分钟内考生不得交卷。
一、监考教师领取试卷及磁带／光盘时必须有两人或两人以上，领取试卷及磁带／光盘后必须直接回到考场，
等待考点主考及副主考至考场中签字确认密封完好性。
二、考生必须在考试开始前30分针持准考证、身份证和学生证，由监考老师验证后进入考场，并根据事先安
排的座位表入座。考场内的两名监考教师必须在考试前15分钟向考生展示试卷及磁带／光盘的密封完好性后，方可当着考生面启封试卷。
三、发给每位考生试题册壹份，空白记录纸、答题卡1、答题卡2各壹张。要求考生填涂上自己的准考证号并
以正楷写上准考证号和本人姓名（考生不得在答题卡上空白处填写校名和姓名，违者试卷作零分处理）。
主考教师宣布考试开始。
四、全体考生戴上耳机，利用PartⅠ(Dictation)前的指示部分调节音量。PartⅠ(Dictation）做在答题卡1上。
该部分时间约为10分钟，听写共念四遍，最后磁带／光盘上留出1分钟的时间让学生检查听写。考生不必在答题卡1上书写听写标题。
五、继续做PartⅡ(Listening Comprehension Section A)。该项目做在答题卡1上。所发的空白记录纸在听
时记笔记用。该项目由2分钟的时间给学生检查。
六、PartⅡ(Listening Comprehension Section B)做在答题卡2上。当听到THIS IS THE END OF PARTⅡ
LISTENING COMPREHENSION，监考看教师随即关掉录音，并马上收回答题卡1。PartⅢ、PartⅣ和PartⅤ的总答题时间为55分钟，答案均写在答题卡2上。学生不得在项目规定时间未到时提前做下一个项目。
在做PartⅢ、PartⅣ和PartⅤ时，监考教师均可在每个项目结束前5分钟提醒学生尚余5分钟。在Part Ⅴ(Reading Comprehension)时间到后监考教师收回答题卡2。
七、监考教师发答题卡3。PartⅥ（Writing）做在答题卡3上（考生不得在答题卡空白处填写校名和姓名，
违者试卷作零分处理）。该部分的答题时间为45分钟。在PartⅥ（Writing）的规定时间到后，主考教师宣布考试结束，考生停止做题。监考教师收回答题卡3及试题册。分别清点份数。确认无误后，主考教师宣布考生离开考场。
八、考试结束后请将编号“1”、“2”和“3”的答题卡严格按照考生准考证号顺序分别排列整理（每考场为30
人，即01-30，缺考考生的答题卡也应填涂考生信息后放于其中），然后分别装回编号为“1”、“2”和“3”
的答题卡专用袋（注：答题卡袋不必封口），最后一起放入原试卷袋内并用试卷袋密封条密封袋口。
九、监考老师必须履行自己的职责，严格按照考试规定的时间分发与回收试题册和答题卡，按要求整理答题卡
并认真仔细填写试卷袋上的监考情况，杜绝考试作弊。作弊的个人或院校一经发现，将按规章制度严肃处理。
十、监考教师在监考期间不得无故离开考场或在考场内进行与考试无关的工作。
十一、已用试题册、磁带、光盘及空白记录纸由学校主管部门负责销毁。

五、每校附若干套备用卷：1-100人附5套备用卷，100人以上附10套备用卷（10套备用卷分两袋包装，

六、请将全国专业英语四级报名册上的准考证号在考前通知学生。要求考生核对本人姓名并将准考证号及
姓名准确填写在答题卡上。
七、答案一定要填写在答题卡上，凡是写在试题册上的答案一律不得分。考生不得在答题卡空白处填写校
名和姓名，违者试卷作零分处理。
八、各项选择题必须使用2B铅笔填写，浓度要盖过字母底色；每题只能选一答案，多选、不选不得分。
九、PartⅠ、PartⅡSection A、PartⅤSection B及PartⅥ用规定的黑色字迹签字笔（0.5mm或以上）
书写。答卷内容不要超过规定的框，超越部分无效。考试规定时间到后，不按时交卷者将被取消此次考试成绩。
十、手机等通讯工具不得考场。考试时不得使用词典（含电子词典）及其他工具书。答题卡上任何地方都
不得使用涂改液。
十一、每个考场内人数不宜过多。考生与监考人员的比例不宜高于15：1.每个考场由一位主考教师负责，考试结束后主考教师须认真填写考场说明情况并签字；填写完成后将所有缺考、违纪等信息汇总至考点主考，由考点主考统一填写“考生信息汇总表”及“考点主考情况报告表”。
十二、考前有关部门必须事前检查听力电源等设备，并保证考试顺利进行。
十三、考试期间须确保考场周围环境的安静，尽量减少外界的干扰。
十四、考试结束后请将编号“1”、“2”和“3”的答题卡严格按照考生准考证号顺序分别排列整理（每考场为30人，即01-30，缺考考生的答题卡也应填涂考生信息后放于其中），然后分别装回编号为“1”、“2”
和“3”的答题卡专用袋（注：答题卡袋不必封口），最后一起放入原试卷袋内并用试卷袋密封条密封袋口（注：拆封时请不要把试卷袋撕坏，因考后答题卡要放回袋中）。如考场中发生不符合考场纪律或操作要求以及缺考的情况，请在试卷袋封面上注明。随后连同备用卷及“考生信息汇总表”、考点主考情况报告表”一起在24小时内以中国邮政特快专递（EMS）形式寄：高校外语专业教学测试办公室。
