1.3组织措施
将操作手册放到检重秤旁边,便于需要时可以随手拿到! 除了操作手册外,参考通用原则,建立相应的措施防止出现意外,并要求其他工作人员遵守。在此基础上, 建立进一步的管理措施,如:例行报告制度。 设备操作人员按规定接受指导和监督,确保操作和预防措施按要求实行。操作人员不能留长发,穿宽松的 衣服和戴珠宝装饰品。 否则会有被运动部件卷入而受伤的风险。 为安全其见,所有的警告标识必须完全(检查警告标志是否丢失或破坏),并保证这些标志的可见性。 如果对产品做某些修改,可能影响设备的性能,并影响安全性,必须立即停止使用,并通知相关人员。 在没得到授权和同意的前提下,请不要修改设备,因为这些改变可能影响安全性能。同时也不要安装和调 整安全设施,不要在轴承部件上焊接和钻孔。 备件必须同设备相匹配,建议采用原厂配件。 根据说明书建立合理的检修间隔。希望配备适当的工具和设备。

【知识点】重量分析仪器及使用方法沉淀重量法操作步骤包括样品的溶解、沉淀、过滤、洗涤、烘干或灼烧、称量等步骤,分别介绍如下:[1] 样品的溶解准备好洁净的烧杯,配以合适的玻璃棒(长度约为烧杯高度的1.5倍)及直径略大于烧杯口的表面皿。
称取一定量的样品,放入烧杯后,将溶剂沿烧杯内壁倒入或沿下端紧靠烧杯内壁的玻璃棒流下,防止溶液飞溅。
如果溶样时有气体产生,可将样品用少量水润湿,通过烧杯嘴和表面皿的缝隙慢慢注入溶剂,作用完后用洗气瓶吹水冲洗表面皿,水流沿壁流下。
如果溶液必需加热煮沸,可在烧杯口上放玻璃三角,再在上面放表面皿。
搅拌可加速溶解。
搅拌时玻璃棒不要触碰烧杯内壁及杯底。
[2]试样的沉淀一般进行沉淀操作时,左手拿滴管,滴加沉淀剂,右手持玻璃棒不断搅动溶液。
搅动时玻璃棒不要碰烧杯壁或烧杯底,以免划损烧杯。
溶液需要加热,一般在水浴或电热板上进行,沉淀后应检查沉淀是否完全,检查的方法是:待沉淀下沉后,在上层澄清液中,沿杯壁加1滴沉淀剂,观察滴落处是否出现浑浊,无浑浊出现表明已沉淀完全,如出现浑浊,需要再补加沉淀剂,直至再次检查时上清液中不再出现浑浊为止。
然后盖上表面皿,玻璃棒放于烧杯尖嘴处。
[3]沉淀的过滤和洗涤(1)用滤纸过滤①倾泻法过滤和初步洗涤。
首先要强调,过滤和洗涤一定要连续不间断地完成,否则沉淀干涸黏结后,很难完全洗净。
因此必须事先计划好时间,特别是过滤胶状沉淀。
过滤一般分3个阶段进行,第一阶段采用倾泻法把尽可能多的清液先过滤掉,并将烧杯中的沉淀作初步洗涤,第二阶段把沉淀转移到漏斗上,第三阶段清洗烧杯和漏斗上的沉淀。
过滤时,为了避免沉淀堵塞滤纸的空隙,影响过图7-8 倾泻法过滤的速度,一般先采用倾泻法过滤,即倾斜静置烧杯,待沉淀下降后,先将上层清液倾泻入漏斗中,而不是一开始过滤就将沉淀和溶液搅混后过滤。
过滤操作如图7-8所示,将烧杯移到漏斗上方,轻轻提取玻璃棒,将玻璃棒下端轻碰一下烧杯内壁使悬挂的液滴流回烧杯中,将烧杯嘴与玻璃棒贴紧(烧杯离漏斗要近一些,不要太高,否则烧杯上移的高度超过烧杯的高度而使沉淀损失),玻璃棒直立,下端对着3层滤纸的一边,并应尽可能接近,但不能接触滤纸或滤液,慢慢倾斜烧杯,使上层清液沿玻璃棒流入漏斗中,漏斗中的液面不要超过滤纸高度的2/3,或使液面离滤纸上边缘约5mm,以免少量沉淀因毛细管作用越过滤纸上缘,造成损失。

传感器灵敏度选择:仪表的副屏显示“SENS nV”,主屏幕显示需要选择的传 感器灵敏度,请按传感器实际示值设置,用 ↑ 或→选择。
零点标定:进入零点标定状态后,仪表的主屏幕显示当前传感器输入的毫伏信号, 副屏显示提示信息“SEt. ZEro”。此时应当保证计量斗中无任何东西,待主屏幕 显示的数据稳定后,按 Enter 键确认零点,如不想更改以前标定的零点,可直接 按 Esc 键,仪表将进入到增益标定状态。

功能:将光标向下移动一次 光标上行键。
功能:将光标向上移动一次 退回键。
放弃输入或都退回到主菜单 清除键。
清除原有的数据或清零 确认键。
操作确认 数字键。
用以输入数字 小数点。
用来输入数字→←ESCCE9 · EN4.2称重操作在主菜单中(图4-1),输入数字键“1”,按“EN”键,进入称重界面(4-2),一般可以实现如下操作:图4-1图4-21、清零进入称重界面后,数字传感器便开始不停地采集,并伴有嘀嘀的采集提示音,所以在未放进物品的情况下,可观察零位是否准确,如有零位漂移时,按“CE”清零。
此操作仅限于漂移值在“满度值”20%内有效,否则请进入“校准”界面进行初始化校准。
2、称重关闭输送带电机开关,把被测物直接放入称重输送带中,显示器便可显示出当前物品重量。
4.3选别操作在主菜单中(图4-1)输入数字键“2”,按“EN”键确认,进入选别界面(图4-3)。

2、把物品放入第一条输送皮带3、当物品经过光电检测开关,流过称重皮带后就可以显示当前物品的重量,并根据上、下限重量来判断是否合格,物品合格时在“合格数”中+1;否则在“不合格数”中+1,同时选别气阀工作,将不合格的产品剔除,并且将时间、重量存入“记录”菜单中,以便查询。
4、更改产品相关操作:“6参数”菜单中调用已设置好的与被测物品相符合的参数;“4设置”菜单中进行参数修改。
4.4校准操作新机器在使用前或称体无法清零时都需要进行此校准操作。
1、在主菜单中(图4-1)输入数字键“3”,按“EN”键确认,并输入密码(出厂值111111)确认后,进入校准界面(图4-4)。

(此时已有数值显示)3、清空称重皮带上物品,按“EN”键,确认零值。
4、当光标移至“满度值”时(此时的数值还未改变),将1KG的标准砝码放在称重皮带上面,按“EN”确认,显示1000.0。
5、拿走1KG砝码后用小一号标准砝码放在称重皮带上面,观察显示与重量是否一致,检查无误后,按“ESC”键退出。
4.5参数设置被测物与显示重不一至时,或不同物品时就需要进行参数的重新设置。
1、在主菜单中(图4-1)输入数字键“4”,按“EN”键确认,并输入密码(出厂值111111)确认后,进入设置界面(图4-5)。
图4-52、日期设置:按“→”“←”可选择该项,按数字键输入目前日期。
3、时间设置:按“→”“←”可选择该项,按数字键输入目前的时间。
4、分度值:是显示单位,有四种选择“1、2、5、10”1、显示值以0.1g为分辨率;2、则表示0.2g的分辨率;5、是0.5g的分辨率;10、是1g的分辨率。
5、采集次数:称重传感器采集的次数,最后的称重结果是所有采集的平均值。
推荐值为3-5。
6、去零范围:是指在运行中每1分钟自动清零时,称重皮带可以当作零位漂移处理的允许范围,用来区分称体上是否存在零位漂移或是仍有被测物的存在,“去零范围”是设置值的0.1g倍。
推荐值为5-10。
7、T1时间:光电开关检测到被测物后,延时一段时间,保证被测物完全进入,并且稳定后才开始采集,以5ms为一个单位。
(见图5-1)8、T2时间:是指选别仪表检测到不合格产品后,延时T2时间等不合格产品经过选别气门时才开始起动选别气阀,以5ms为一个单位。
(见图5-1)9、T3时间:是执行清零的时间,光电开关检测到被测物后到被测物品完全离开称重皮带,且下一包物料还未进入称重皮带的时间,以5ms为一个单位。
(见图5-1)10、P1时间:是指选别气阀动作P1时间后才停止喷气,以5ms为一个单位。
(见图5-1)11、采样速度:传感器的采样速度可分8个等级:0、960HZ;1、480HZ;2、240HZ;3、120HZ;4、60HZ;5、30HZ;6、15HZ;7、7.5HZ。
此值越大采样速度越快,可以测量的物品的重量越大,但零位跳动会增大。
推荐值2-4。
12、滤波系数:指滤波的性能,此值越大显示数值越平稳但反应速度也越慢,可分为0-9十个等级。
13、动态系数:用以修正系数,修正显示和实际的差值。
实际重量(新)动态系数 = ×(旧)动态系数显示重量14、目标重量:是指被测物品的标准重量,需要输入小数位。
15、上限重量:指超过此重量的为不合格产品,需要输入小数位。
16、下限重量:指低于此重量的为不合格产品,需要输入小数位。
17、新密码:直接输入 6位新密码,按“确认”键后生效。
18、背光设置:设置为“0”,在一分钟内无按键操作,关闭背景灯,在关闭期间按任意键都能打开背光灯。
设置“1”,则背光灯长期亮。
推荐值0。
19、参数序号:把当前所设置的参数要存到几号参数中,输入0~9,可以储存十种不同产品的参数,方便运行时调用。
4.6不合产品记录1、在主菜单中(图4-1)输入数字键“5”,按“EN”键确认,确认后,进入设置界面(图4-6)。
2、用于查看不合格产品的记录。
如要翻页,请将光标移动“上页”或“下页”按“EN”键,如果删除所有记录,则将光标移动“删除所有记录”上按“EN”键图4-64.7参数调用根据需检测物料从已设置好的参数中调用相对应的参数,在主菜单中(图4-1)输入数字键“6”,按“EN”键确认,进入参数界面(图4-7)。
输入0—9,在界面中可以查看到此号参数的重要参数,当选择到一个适用的参数时按“EN”,则已选用当前参数。
再进入选别界面运行即可。
图4-7五、调试方法1、确定“参数序号”,该产品的参数须要保存在哪一号参数中,方便以后的使用,一般有以下2种方法:1.在主菜单中按“6”进入参数调用菜单,输入数字键0~9可查找未曾使用的参数号,按“确认”键退出。
2.进入相近产品的“设置”菜单,修改“参数序号”为未使用的参数号。
2、确保称体在动态时零位要稳定。
1.在“设置”菜单中设好“采样速度”、“滤波系数”后。
2.退出到主菜单,再进入“称重”菜单,启动传送带,在显示器中观察重量是否为0.0,(允许有0.2以内的跳动)。
3.如果跳动太大,则重新进入“设置”菜单,增大“滤波系数”的值,直至稳定为至;如仍不稳定则需增大“采样速度”。
3、调整T1时间,来称准物品。
(开始采样时间,图5-1)1.先设置好“采集次数”(一般可为3),“动态系数”(1.000),预设置“T1时间”值(如为100)。
2.取一包需选别的物料,在“称重”菜单中,停止传动带,先按下“CE”键清零,放进物料称重。
3.进入“选别”菜单,把物料较重的一头(即把包装内的物料偏向装包袋的一边)朝进料前方放入进料输送带,并读出选别称重。
4.再把物料较轻的一头朝进料前方放入进料输送带,并读出选别称重。
5.比较选别时的称重结果:当物料较重的一头的称重结果> 物料较轻的一头的称重结果时增加“T1时间”值当物料较重的一头的称重结果< 物料较轻的一头的称重结果时减小增加“T1时间”值直至称重结果相等时(允许有0.5的差异),T1设置完成。
4、调整T3时间。
(自动清零时间,图5-1)1.先预设为T1的2倍。
2.制造一个小于“去零范围”的假零漂,在“称重”菜单下,停止输送带,在称体中放入(如0.8克)的物品,按“CE”清零,拿走物品可以看到此时的零位为-0.8克。
3.检察测自动清零效果,在“选别”状态下,称量被测物料,一分钟后零位是否能自动恢复。
4.优化T3时间,在能自动清零的前提下,尽可能缩短T3时间,来减少两物料之间的距离,增加包装速度。
5、按产品要求调整“目标重量”、“上限重量”、“下限重量”,须输入数位(如100g应输入100.0)。
6、调整T2时间(延时吹气)、P1时间(吹气持续时间)。
1.预设置T2为20,P1为20。
2.用一包不在产品上、下限重量之内的产品进行选别,观察气嘴的喷气动作能否把物料吹出输送带:如果吹气过早则须增加T2时间,反之则减少T2时间;如果吹气持续时间太短则须增加P1时间,反之则减小P1时间。
