to ......English Speaking Contest l. (中文) 2.I’m...... i am so honered to be the hosts today. (中文) 3. This English Speaking Contest is and has become the traditional event which takes place annually.It is a good opportunity for the English learners to demonstrate their language skills and also learn from each other.

Every year,it attracts many english lovers in our school. (中文)

4.This year there are altogether (数量) contestants to participate

in the competition, 4.Wow,I just can’t wait to watch the wonderful performance given by all of them. I’m sure it will be a more exciting competition this year! (中文) 5.OK, let’s get to the point .Next warmly welcome to our honorable guests present today.They are ………. .(中文) Also,I’d like to introduce you our distinguishied judges. They are Miss , English teacher Mr. , English teacher.(中文) ........(中文) Warmly welcome! First，we would like to invite to declare the opening of the English Speaking Contest .Welcome! Before the fierce competition begins,let go over the rules and judging criteria. Today’s competition is divided into 2 parts: (比赛规则) The full mark will be 10.And each contestant is judged according to the following 4 aspects: content(40%),language ability(25%),delivery skills(25%) and manners(10%). Now let’s give a big hand to Contestant NO.1

2.一、 Good afternoon，everyone，my honoured teachers and my fellow

students．I'm very pleased to be the hostess for today's competition ,to give the opening speech for everybody．now you are watching the 1th “Welcome New Year”Cup English speech contest. Thank you for coming to this afternoon’s competition. In today's show. There are 19

contestants.They are coming from different Classes of different Grades.

I hope we can exchange experiences of how to learn English better．These

experiences will be very useful for the students in our school．So I hope we'll make good use of this opportunity．各位老师、亲爱的同学们，很高兴今天能担任此次比赛的主持人，今天是我们职业中学首届“迎新年”杯英语演讲比赛，在今天的比赛中有19名选手参赛，他们是来自不同的年级不同的班级。我希望通过这次比赛，大家能够交流如何更好地学习英语的经验，这对我们在学校的学习有很大的帮助，所以我希望大家都能好好地珍惜这次机会。

everybody．Now you are watching the “Chinese dream . my Dream” English speech contest.

Thank you for coming to this competition. In today's show. There are 24 contestants coming from different classes .All of them are excellent. I hope they can get good grades in today ’s competition .

7.(A) Now，I will tell you some rules about this contest. In your speech ，you have about four

minutes to take your speech . Something important is you have to speech without draft. The judges will judge you by substance、style and pronunciation of your speech .The rewards

contain one First winner, three Second winners and five Third winners .

8.(B)现在我将向大家介绍一下比赛规则，本次比赛每位选手大约有四分钟的时间进行演

讲，要求必须脱稿。评委老师将从演讲内容、风格、发音等方面进行打分。本次比赛奖项设置为：一等奖1名，二等奖3名，三等奖5名。
