托福ibt是什么托福ibt(Internet-based Testing)又叫新托福,也就是现在的托福网考,它和原先托福考试的区别就在于是通过网络、而非纸质的形式进行的考试。
托福一共有三种:1. 是paper的,考卷寄到考试中心,机器阅卷,然后出分。
2. 是computer的,和gre一样,考试点的计算机里有相应的软件,电脑出题,当场出分。
3. 最新的是internet的,考试中心的电脑联网到普林斯顿考试中心。
做的题和口语录音直接传到考市中心。
托福ibt由四个部分组成,分别是阅读、听力、口试、写作1. 阅读:三篇文章,不同于以往,考生不再需要在答题时通读全文,只要在答题的过程中分段落的进行文章的阅读。
阅读的所有题目皆为选择题,全部针对文章中的某一部分内容而定,题目的顺序和文章的段落顺序基本一致。
2. 听力,两篇对话和四篇演讲组成,由于是机考,在听录音前无法对文章内容有个大致的了解,因此,在听力的过程中,必须要做好笔记,这也决定了这个听力部分的考试是否取得满意的成绩,毕竟听力对大部分的考生来说,本身就是较为薄弱的环节,这就要求考生在平时的练习过程中,借助一些托福ibt的教材,通过精听的方式把所听到的内容记录下来,锻炼做笔记的能力,同时提高英语的理解能力和听力水平。
3. 口试,整个部分分为六题,前面两题要求考生对某一话题来阐述自己的观点和想法;中间两题要求考生在听完短文、对话、演讲后来回答相应的问题;最后两题要求考生先听录音,然后根据里面的观点和想法来描述录音的内容。
