本公司就本公司（包括本公司的子公司，其它有关公司）自______年___月___日起直接或通过第三者向XX公司交货的所有原定的和新增加的产品或零部件（包括包装材料、跟其它产品同时交货的材料）中不含有如下表中所列对环境和人类有害的化学物质做出保证。

We guarantee that all products or parts (including accessories, packaging materials, and all other goods delivered with products) that our company (including our subsidiaries and affiliated companies) has delivered and will deliver directly or through any third parties to XX CO., LTD do not contain the hazardous substance listed below from_______/___/____, including cases where their content is below the legal limit.

我司保证在我司产品内不含下表所记载的物质：

注：

1.含有限值的物质，若同时含有其它不纯物，也不能超过限值。（不纯物是指不是故意加入，而是

经过一般工业的精制过程余下的物质）

If there is any impure substance contained in the substance above, the amount of impure substance should also below the threshold。（the impure substance here does not mean those put intently but those left substance through the industry process）

2.包装材料----铅+汞+镉+六价铬的总含量不得超过100ppm。（94/62/EC）

Packaging Material----Pb+Cd+Hg+Cr6+<100ppm （94/62/EC）

3.循环再生材料内含有的不纯物，将不被视为故意使用物质。

The impure substance, contained in the circulation materials, is not to be regarded as the intent-using substance.

4.如果材料中没有上述物质，请注明“没有使用”，如有，请注明在何种材料中使用并注明含量。

If the materials haven’t comprised substance above, Please give clear indication of “No use”, if they have, Please give clear indication of the material used and detailed content。

5.若因本公司交付给XX公司之零部件（半成品/成品/原材料/包装材料），其物质中含有或高于规

定值，而造成XX公司之损失，本公司愿承担一切之赔偿责任.

We should hold the liability for damages on occasion that our parts (including the finished products, semi finished products, raw materials, packaging materials) providing to XX Co., Ltd cause the damage of XX Co., Ltd for containing excessive substance.

6.本协议自签订之日起生效，不因公司改组或签字代表人离职等因素，而改变其法律效力。

This Agreement shall be effective from the date of endorsement, and shall remain legally effective regardless of any incidents related to company restructure or resignation of the representative signing this Agreement.

7.每年向XX公司提交第三方测试机构（如SGS、ITS 或CTI）的产品ICP 检测报告,产品测试频

率至少每年一次,报告中的测试项目至少包括RoHS中的六项、PFOS/PFOS、REACH、As、卤素、邻苯二甲酸盐16P和PVC。当使用的原材料变更时重新提供一份检测报告。

We shall submit to Shenzhen Laibao Hi-tech Co., Ltd yearly the inspection report conducted by third party Analysis Laboratory (eg. SGS、ITS or CTI)，and product test frequency is at least once a year. The test item should include Rohs、PFOS/PFOA、REACH、As、Halogen、phthalates16 and PVC.The report shall be revised and re-submitted in the event of changes in the materials of the products.
