勤勉扎实持之以恒

尊敬的各位领导、各位老师:

大家好，非常高兴能和大家分享与交流数学教学工作中的一些感想和体会，今天我发言的题目是:勤勉扎实，持之以恒。

我们常说:“教学有法，但教无定法”。对搞好数学教学工作，每个人的认识

和所采用的方法都不尽相同，回顾自己近几年来教学中的点点滴滴做法，感觉并没用什么经验，有的只是尽职尽责的工作态度，勤勉扎实的工作作风和持之以恒的精神。下面就谈一下我在平时教学活动中的一些感受和做法，请各位领导和教师给予指导和帮助。

一、培养学生学习兴趣，激发学生学习热情

著名心理学家皮亚杰认为:“一切有成效的工作必须以某种兴趣为先决条

件”。兴趣是最好的老师，孔子也说“知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者。”学生是学习的主体，教师对知识的传授、引导，只有通过学生吸收才能内化成自己的东西。因此，我们要真正把学生领进数学殿堂，就必须使学生对数学学习产生浓厚的学习兴趣，并充分调动他们学习的主动性，积极性和学习数学的热情，从而使其自觉自愿地投入到学习的过程中，真正变“要我学”为“我要学”。在这方面，首先，我认为教师的亲和力和师生的情感交流是一个重要因素。友好的师生关系与和谐的课堂教学氛围有利于形成学生积极的学习态度。因此我们老师要与学生建立民主、平等、和谐的师生关系，加强与学生感情的交流，增进与学生的友谊，俯下身来和学生做朋友，在生活学习上多关心他们，热情地帮助他们解决rocess. 2. land and China has a vast territory, but its arable land is limited. 遇到的困难，使学生对老师有较强的信任感、亲近感，那么学生会自然而然地过渡到喜爱你所教的这门课上了，达到“尊其师，信其道”的效果。其次也更重要

的是要根据学生的年龄特点选择合适的教学方法，对于高年级的数学教学，我们可以巧设一个问题悬念;引发一次认知冲突;创设一个与生活相关的问题情境;提供一次动手实践的机会;恰当运用多媒体等方面来激发学生的学习兴趣,从而有效地提高数学教学效率。再次，我就是给予学生成功的满足感，树立学习数学的自信心。每个人都渴望得到成功，在学习中，学生如果获得成功，就会产生愉快的心情。这种情绪反复发生，就会使他们对学习有了一定的兴趣。在教学中，我们要及时发现学生的闪光点，及时肯定学生的成绩，哪怕是一个小小的问题回答正确，都要加以肯定，给予他们成功的满足。每个同学智力水平都不相同，我们在教学中，要面向全体学生，设计梯式问题和习题，让所有学生都能获得成功的体验，从而树立自信心，增强学习教学的兴趣，当然还可以组织学生开展竞赛，如“看谁算得快”“看谁算得准” “看谁的方法多”等。让学生都能大显身手。使每个学生都能参与进来，在各个层面取得成绩，这样激励的作用会更大，学习数学的热情会大大提高。

二、做好教学常规，打造高效课堂

课堂是教师实现自我，展现自己的舞台;是学生学习知识，不断成长的圣地，是师生共同努力提高教学成绩的主阵地。我区引入了EEPO有效教育，虽然对EEPO 有效教育还处在学习和摸索之中，但感觉EEPO已经像一盏明灯为我们指明了数学课的有效高效之路。在这方面我主要做好以下几点:
