摘要

本工程为拆迁安置房工程，地点位于樟树市繁华地带，周围交通运输便利，总建筑面积2520m2，建筑层数为6+1层，建筑高度为22.80m，结构形式为底框结构，建筑使用年限为50年，建筑安全等级二级。

本施工组织设计首先根据图纸资料明确拆迁安置房的施工方案，在此基础上按照现行建设工程工程量清单计价规范进行了工程量计算，其中主要包括土石方工程、砌筑工程、混凝土及钢筋混凝土工程等各个分部分项工程。在清楚每个工程的内容范围以及每一样材料，特别是混凝土、钢筋等一些重要材料用量的前提下，根据现场的实际情况设计出一份施工组织方案。该设计方案确定了该工程的人工、材料和机械消耗量，以及各项施工保证措施。

该施工组织设计作为指导拆迁安置房工程的全局性文件，是对本工程制定各分项工程施工方案、工程质量的保证措施以及工期成本控制的依据，也是指导和开展紧凑而有秩序施工活动的技术依据。

ABSTRACT

This is the domolition and resettlement housing project. It locates in bustling area of Zhangshu city, where there are convenient transport facilities. It has a total construetion area of 2520 square metres , 6 and 1 building layers, and building height of 22.80 metres . The structure is in the form of the bottom frame stucture , with a building senice life of 50 years , a building security of level 2.

First of all , the construction organization design decides on the construction program according the specific drawing , on the basics of which it carries out the project quantity calculation according to the principles of measurement on bill of quantities of the current construction project , mainly including earthwork ,masonry work, concrete and reinforced concrete works and other swb-projects. It designs a construction organization program in accordance with the spot situation on the premise that the contents and the scope each project and every material are made clear , especially, the dosage of some important materials such as concrete ,steal and soon.The design determines the labor, materials and machinery consumption , and every construction assurance measures.

The constructions organization design as a guide to resettlement housing project is an overall document, is the assurance measure of making every swb-project,construction plan and construcion quality , and the reference for controlling duration cost,and is also the technological basis for guiding and carry out compact and orderly construction activities.
