Job Description:

- Ensure documented process instructions are correctively implemented and under control.

- Assembly planning including the demand of forecasting and assembly scheduling, layout of the workshop etc.

- Installation and maintenance of assembly equipments.

- Set up of production line.

- Manage the assembly team, schedule their work, identify training needs and support to progress their career development.

- Setup and/or update relevant owned process flow.

Qualification:

- Bachelor degree or above, majoring mechanical engineering or related.

- 3 yrs working experience with manufacturing of gears components and gearboxes assembly. - Familiar with mechanical, electronic, hydraulic knowledge, structure, components.

- Working principle and maintenance knowledge of engineering machinery.

- Familiar with technical parameters, requirements and enterprise standard of LMD gearboxes. - Be able to accordingly analyze product technical parameter to make the product design more reasonable.

- Be skillful with MS, AutoCAD or PRO/E and other software.

- Have no difficulty of communication in English.

Job Title: Staff Engineering Manager

Location:Pu Landian (Dalian)

Responsibilities

·Drive for and audit safety, environmental and other regulatory compliances required on plant equipment and systems

·Manage, track and analyze engineering expense and capital budgeting to ensure compliance

·Manage resources to ensure the proper design, installation, modification, and maintainability of new and existing plant equipment, buildings and facilities.

·Manage the necessary engineering and maintenance support to the production organization in order to promote the production of the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost

·Ensure safety, environmental and other regulatory compliances by working with appropriate associates on EHS issues, following the implementation of MSR's, and continually improving the communication across all relevant departments

·Manage multidisciplinary engineering services, equipment selection and procurement; provide

administrative services, program coordination, budgeting and control of operating expenditures in support of plant engineering.

·Manage cost estimates, financially justify project, prepare budgets, review design, and manage resources to ensure proper installation and commissioning of equipment.

·Continuously drive solutions that reduce costs including: labour, parts, contractors and operating items.

·Facilitat e contractor management process and periodically audit contractor’s work to ensure that safe work practices and standard operating procedures are followed

Requirements

Education

BS- Manufacturing or Engineering

MBA degree

Experience

·Minimum of five years engineering / maintenance management in an industrial environment

·Experience in leading multidisciplinary technical associates to achieve cost effective goals

·Equipment design experience, along with project engineering or project management role is required.

Knowledge & Skills

·Requires the ability to direct cross-functional work groups to achieve Operations Centre and Facility equipment operational objectives, goals and timeline.

·Computerized layout, spreadsheet and database management.

·Requires strong communication, business, technical, analytical and planning skills.

·Ability to understand plant layouts, capital estimating, associate-man computations, tire cost structure, manufacturing equipment processes.

•Optimize storeroom inventory levels to sustain plant maintenance activities while minimizing inventory costs. Requires utilization of SAP-PM and SAP-MM
