成功的机会,充分发挥自己的潜能。因此,我校第一届大学生心理健康周的活动的主题是:
“理性和平,健康心态”
作为社会的精英、时代的骄子,当代大学生肩负着历史的重任,然而生命的困惑、成长
的烦恼、失败的苦痛却如影随形,时刻困扰着一颗颗年轻的心灵。关注自身心理健康,增强
心理健康意识,提高心理调适能力,是我们走向成熟、承担社会责任的前提和基础。因此,
在宣传活动到来之际,我们向全校同学倡导这样一种生活理念:珍爱自己,关爱他人,努力
构建和谐心灵、和谐校园、和谐社会。用自己年轻的心去感受生命的活力、心灵的宁静,去
