常见的生活习惯,就一定是健康的吗?当然不是。很多日常的生活习惯对

1、洗手液

众所周知,吃饭以前和上厕所以后都必须要洗手,用老式肥皂来代替洗手

2、补眠

女性在周一的时候没有精神。

睡眠。

3、仰卧起坐

很多女性健身、减肥都首选仰卧起坐,事实上,仰卧起坐并不能“包治百病”。研究表明,姿势不恰当的仰卧起坐甚至可能导致脊柱和腰部受伤,因为每次仰

卧起坐,会给脊椎带来730磅(约331kg)的压力。不仅如此,仰卧起坐还会给

前腹部和骨盆底带来不必要的压力,这有可能导致失禁。

4、果汁

那些标签上写着“纯果汁”或者“补充额外的维生素”,看起来似乎很健康,事实上,果汁其实是水果的“精简版本”。这意味着,果皮纤维被移除后,剩下的主要是糖。

一瓶正常大小的果汁,往往包含20-30克糖,这已经与一瓶汽水的含糖量

相当。不过,两者之间还是选择果汁好过汽水。如果你真的想要补充维生素,

应该是吃一个用水洗干净的苹果,果皮纤维可以减缓糖分的吸收。

5、低脂肪食物

首先我们要知道的一点就是,很多在标签上打出低脂肪的旗号的产品,并

不是真正的低卡路里产品,甚至比起普通的食物来说,会含有更多的碳水化合

物以及糖分。另外,对于低脂肪的食物,我们往往会忽略掉量的控制,导致自

己吃的太多。所以低脂肪的产品对健康并不是一定就有益的。

6、水果酸奶

早上一杯酸奶,似乎是明智之举,但是你必须搞清楚,到底什么才是健康

食品。酸奶本身对人体有好处,但也不能过量,否则可能导致肾结石。酸奶当

中添加果粒就更为棘手,一杯8盎司(约267克)的果粒奶当中,可能含有47克高达250卡路里的糖。

7、跳过甜点

拒绝甜食并不都是健康的选择,譬如黑巧克力。黑巧克力有助降低体重指数,并已被证明可以降低患心脏疾病的风险,同时还能降血压和改善心情。

同时,它还是你的美容助推器。黑巧克力中的黄酮醇能降低应激激素,保

护皮肤免受紫外线伤害,抵挡皱纹的侵袭。

8、能量饮料

维生素饮料等能量饮料,提起来很不多,但是随着维生素B和C,你还会

摄入大量的糖分。事实上,一些能量饮料含糖量甚至超过32克,制造多余的卡路里。如果里面添加了柠檬、酸橙或者桔子片,在多余的糖以外你还能获得一

些维生素C。必须要喝,请选择无糖的能量饮料吧!

9、光着脚健身

光着脚健身对于女性来说,也是一个十分常见的习惯。大部分女性都觉得

这样的方式比较舒适,可是要注意这么做可能导致脚部出现感染的症状。这是

因为细菌往往愿意在潮湿的环境中滋生。所以最佳的方式应该是为自己准备一

双轻便的鞋子,就能同时保证舒适与健康了。

10、阴道冲洗
