Job Purpose:

Responsible for obtaining and providing current information on products, pricing,and policies as well as coordinating activities related to quoting and purchasing to Sales Department staff to improve sales,gross profit,and market share for assigned product lines.

负责获取和提供最新的产品信息，，定价和政策以及为协调销售部门员工的报价和采购活动，以提高指定产品线的销售，毛利和市场份额。

Duties and Responsibilities:

职责：

*Under general supervision,this role includes quoting support for the field,inventory control,and vendor management.

*一般监督下，这个角色包括对所负责产品线的报价支持，库存控制，供应商管理。

*Balances demands of operational and administrative processes to make appropriate business decisions in driving a balance between sales, margin and inventory requirements to achieve the agreed upon ROM (return on material)and ROWC(return on working capital)metric goals for the lines managed.

*平衡业务和行政程序的要求作出适当的商业决策，推动销售，利润率和库存需求之间的平衡，以实现所管理产品线的ROM（物料回报）和ROWC（营运资金回报）度量目标。

*Responsible for the daily buys,inventory pipelines,stock rotations, quotes,bill backs,orders approvals,special returns,P.O.maintenance, expedites,supplier interface,budgeting,inventory reviews,stocking packages,communication with sales team and supplier,pricing decisions, profit optimization and LOI(letters of intent)management.

*负责日常购买，库存管道，库存轮换，报价，背书票据，订单审批，特殊退货，PO（订单）维护，加急，供应商的接口，预算编制，库存评审，库存方案，与销售团队和供应商的沟通，定价决策，利润优

化和LOI（意向书）的管理。

Knowledge and Skills:

知识和技能：

*Basic knowledge of company products.

*公司产品的基本知识。

*Excellent written,verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

*优秀的书面，口头和人际沟通技巧。

*Excellent organizational and planning skills.

*出色的组织和规划能力。

*Good presentation skills.

*良好的表达技巧。

*Basic knowledge of computerized quote and pricing system,PC word-processing,and spreadsheet software.

*Knowledge of pricing policies and procedures.

*Strong negotiation skills.

Work experience:

工作经验：

Two years of experience in product management,as

set management or sales or equivalent.

两年的产品管理、资产管理或销售经验，或者类似的工作经验。

Education and Certification(s):

教育和认证：

Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent job-related experience is required.

需有商业学士学位，或者相关的领域或相关工作经验。
