本单元的课文情景是在万圣节前夕,一个小男孩穿着万圣节的长袍、带着万圣节的面具、提着“杰克灯”,到Ms Smart家索要糖果。
在得到糖果之后,因为一时高兴,面具掉了下来,这时Ms Smart发现原来这个孩子是Tom。
从本单元的课文可以看出,即使在万圣节前夕这样的传统节日里,大家仍然要得到允许才能进门、得到礼物。
学情分析:对于四年级学生而言,食物类单词是他们较为感兴趣且较易掌握的一类词汇,再加上在本册教材的第五模块中,已经很细致地对此类词汇进行学习。
因此,首先就让学生在心理上卸下了一个包袱。
