尊敬的各位领导、同事：
大家好!
说起移动公司，不得不说源自《尚书》和《大学》的两句话，
“正德厚生臻于至善”!古老中国几千年的文化传统微言大义的镌刻
在了中国移动的文化史册上。从中你能读出一份怎样的勇气、智慧、
仁爱;又透出了怎样一份北溟鲲鹏振翼扶摇九万里的气魄与高远，我
想那是敢于作脊梁的恢宏志向，是绝云气、负青天的超达勇气，也
是谋发展、树千秋的大智慧。

那么此等的智慧，造就了怎样的企业?
抬望眼，君不见安徽移动XX年数以百亿元的综合营业额，
君不见数以十亿的综合净利润，君不见数以千万的用户总数……

俯首看身边的同事，在工作中他们让你感触最多的就是一种
责任，一份执着，一种勤勉，一份创造。数不清他们有过多少先进
事迹和感人故事，也道不尽他们做了多少无私、卓越的贡献，责任
在他们身上已经被分解，每一日风雨无阻的外出作业，每一夜无怨
无悔的加班，乃至每一眸专注的眼神，每一次仔细的探究，这都无
时无刻不在诠释着“责任”的含义。

六安地处大别山北麓，依山襟淮，贯淮淠而望江海，连鄂豫
而衔中原。然而，正是大别山却用它的高峻为维护人员保障网络通
畅、维护网络安全提出了巨大挑战。

遥想鼠年，那个大雪纷飞的寒冬腊月，XX年1月30日，六
安市金寨县抱儿山基站退服，2月1日抢险车辆到达青山镇时再也
无法前行。面对着剩下的17公里路程以及20公斤重的设备，维护
人员一筹莫展……当时的我不知道，真的不知道，是怎样的勇气和动
力让他们决定步行挺进基站。山路崎岖陡峭，人迹罕至，半米深的
积雪早已让人分不清哪里是路，哪是沟壑，只能凭着往日的记忆艰
难地向山头基站挺进。阴风怒号，飞雪漫天，在海拔1120米的高山
上，17公里的路途、20公斤重的设备、半米深的积雪、六个小时的
跋涉，我们不必再去强调它的艰难!午夜时分，他们终于满身疲惫的
结束了17公里不算长的“长征”!体力的严重透支，腿脚出现的冻
伤，却没有成为他们休息哪怕是片刻的理由，对电力，机柜，传输
都做了仔细排查并逐项恢复，经过2小多时的紧张奋战，凌晨3点
基站恢复正常……

纷纷大雪那夜时，大别山的高峻见证了移动人的血液里的忠
诚与面对责任时的当仁不让!

你不能不说这样的事迹、此等的兢兢业业，这般的荡气回肠
会震撼你我!也许今天我的辞藻不够华丽、语言不够精彩，但是我只
希望用我最朴素的真挚去表达我，一个新人，对他们——我最最亲
爱的前辈们最真诚的敬意!

诚然，并非所有的日常的网络维护以及网络安全保障工作做
起来都是此等大义凛然的忠诚。

但是，“泰山不拒细壤，故能成其高;江海不择细流，故能就
其深”。所以，大礼不辞小让，细节决定成败。汪中求说，在中国，
想做大事的人很多，但愿意把小事做细的人很少;我们不缺少雄韬伟
略的战略家，缺少的是精益求精的执行者;决不缺少各类规章制度，
缺少的是规章条款不折不扣的执行。

的确，在高悬的网络安全的大旗下，我们必须改变心浮气躁、
浅尝辄止的毛病，提倡注重细节、把小事做细……

然而，何以决定细节!
有人说，心中有爱，则无所不可。那么之于我们，除了责任，
拿什么去爱我们的企业……

责任是一种承诺，在它身上承载着一个不渝的使命，只有忠
实地履行这个使命，才意味着责任的实现。在我泱泱中华，凡谓仁
人，其必以责任为先，融责任于血液，浑责任于一身。

之于我个人，刚毕业时的我，曾梦想卓然、热情澎湃，却在
现实中跌跌撞撞，蜕去娇柔华丽的翅膀，也曾不自知的彷徨迷惑，
似乎千年的日子、千年的天空就这么朝九晚五的活着、沉默着，一
程走下来，长河落日!

然而，仔细品味着‘正德厚生、臻于至善’，它
以她千年的责任、千年的厚重、千年的精神唤醒了沉睡的激情!斑斓
的生活，能让我再一次感受到工作的价值和生命的意义;于是我知道：
在我们生活的这个世界上，有那么一些东西是无字的文化、无课本
的教育，是一种无声息的影响。于是，每一次，关好每一扇机房的
门，每一次，拧紧每一块载频的螺丝，每一次，做好每一份的日报、
周报的分析，这些就是我的细节，这些便是我的责任，这些都将是
最终走向卓越的资本!

随着3g时代的到来，新一轮的市场竞争已经打响。此时，
网络质量和网络安全对于市场支撑的重要性不言而喻!作为运维战线
上的一员，我们应该以责任为桅，扬安全之帆!在平凡的岗位上，做
好平凡的本职工作，为网络安全的保障做出平凡却又举足轻重的贡
献。那样即使是平凡，即便是轻于鸿毛的平凡，我们一样不平凡的
扬九霄豪气，荡五岳雄风，唤雷电流水，撒碧血长虹!
