通井刮削一体工具说明书

通井刮削一体化工具使用说明书Xxx地址:XXX电话:XXX一、概述近年来,随着采油厂进入开采后期,作业井井次逐年增加,修井作业费用逐年上升。

通井工序和刮削工序是两趟独立完成的工序,一般配套使用(先通井再刮削),并且这两种工序在绝大多数措施井以及部分维护性作业井中使用较多。

我公司生产的通井刮削一体化工具可以将原来的两趟工序变成一趟来完成,这样既节约作业费用,又可以缩短占井周期。

二、主要参数及技术性能1、总长度:15502、公称直径:1183、工具耐压:35Mpa4、刮削启动压力:10~20Mpa5、投入钢球直径:406、上、下部螺纹:2 7/8TBG7、排量:4~12L/s8、刀片伸出最大外径:130排量为参考数据,可根据现场情况合理选择排量。

三、结构及工作原理3.1结构本一体工具主要有通井、试压、刮削三大功能。

其外部结构由通井筒体、刮削刀片组成,内部主要由上下接头、活塞、锁紧等结构组成。

在工具筒体上装有6片可在活塞槽内滑动的刮削刀片及弹簧,投球后密封中心通孔,活塞下行推升刮削刀片伸出,同时推动锁套前行与筒体锁死,活塞不再相对运动,活塞下行后液体可从其旁孔进入中心通道。

刮削刀片均开有槽,能轴向滑动及径向伸缩,其特殊的刀齿具有良好的刮削功能。

图:通井刮削一体化工具3.2工作原理通井:工具与钻杆或油管连接,下入井内进行通井作业,刮削刀片卡入活塞槽内,活塞内孔通畅,不能下行,刀片外径小于筒体直径,可正反循环洗井。

试压:投入钢球,打压至所需压力并稳压,以试验油管压力。

刮削:根据施工要求,投球后打压至10-20MPa,剪切销钉剪断,活塞下行,刮削片在弹簧作用下外伸,锁套在活塞的推动下进入本体内齿处,完全撑开锁套,活塞不再轴向移动,刮削进行。

上下刮削:刮削片被弹簧撑开后,管柱上下刮削,套管内径逐渐增大。

刮削刀刃是螺旋形的,上下刮削时内外两刃轮流工作。

右旋及上下往复刮削:在刮削井段内,可边右旋钻具,边上提或下放,无论向上或向下的旋转刮削,刀片所受的刮削阻力方向是一致的,没有旋松工具接头螺纹的力矩,这种刮削方式是安全可靠的。

4)管柱遇阻后的处理措施 如果通井规遇阻起出后,应当下入铅模 进一步通井检查,以确定井下套管变形或落 物情况。下铅模打印时要控制下管柱的速度, 接近遇阻点10m时下放速度不应超过5~ 10m/min。 遇阻后管柱悬重下降15~30kN, 特殊情况最大不得超过50kN,加压打印 一次后即可起出管柱。

(2)如果管柱遇阻,不要顿击硬下, 当管柱悬重下降20~30kN时应停 止下管柱。开泵循环,然后顺管柱螺纹 旋转方向转动管柱缓慢下放,反复活动 管柱到悬重正常再继续下管柱。 (3)管柱下到设计刮削深度后,打入 井筒容积1.2~1.5倍的热水彻底 清除井筒杂物。

(2)对于有特殊要求的通 井操作,可以根据施工设计 的要求确定通井规的尺寸, 但其最大外径应该小于井内 套管柱中内径最小的套管内 径6mm。

2.通井程序及技术要求 1)组配管柱 按施工设计管柱图组配管柱,选择 的通径规直径要比套管内径小6~8m m,长度为500~2000mm。也 可以先选小直径的通井规通井,通过之 后,再选大直径的通井规。 2)下井管柱的结构 自上而下为:油管(钻杆)、通井规。

3.刮削程序及技术要求 (1)下管柱要平稳,要控制下入速度为2 0~30m/min,下到距设计要求刮削 井段以上50m时,下放管柱的速度控制在 5~10m/min。在设计刮削井段以上 2m开泵循环,循环正常后,一边顺管柱螺 纹旋转方向转动管柱,一边缓慢下放管柱, 然后再上提管柱反复多次刮削,直到管柱下 放时悬重正常为止。

前言本使用说明书是针对使用智能蜡疗系统的操作人员为对象,来说明该设备的正确使用方法。

编写本操作说明书的目的是既能保证操作人员安全使用本设备, 又能将本设备的功能完全发挥。

第一章概述产品名称:智能蜡疗系统产品型号:YLLZ- 180一、产品适用范围和主要性能特点:1、适用范围YLLZ-180智能蜡疗系统,主要用于各大医院、康复理疗中心、美容机构及社区福利机构等。

2、性能特点A、自动开关:可自动预约定时开关系统,不用人值守,自动完成制饼。

B、电脑控制:根据蜡的特点设定由程序控制,经传感器感应触摸屏显示结果。

以达到最佳的人机对话效果。

C、温度恒定:恒温箱温度恒定,15层空间,最高与最低不超过2℃。

D、蜡饼清洁:有紫外线随时消毒,两层过滤网,进风口装有空气过滤装臵。

很快就可得到蜡饼,将用过的蜡饼放回熔蜡槽中熔化即可,这样周而复始循环。

一、用途
井口抽油杆刮蜡器是用于修井作业起升抽油杆时,刮去抽油杆表面所结蜡质和其它
过其上的刮刀体和刮刀片抱合抽油杆并随抽油杆在底座内任意方向浮动,保证二刮刀片始终抱住抽油杆,随着抽油杆的提升,刮刀片刮掉抽油杆上的结蜡和其它胶结物。

当上提到抽油杆接头和扶正器时,接头和扶正器就推动刮刀体克服片簧弹力向外翻转使其通过。

当接头和扶正器通过后,刮刀体在片簧弹力作用下复位,继续抱合抽油杆刮蜡,当提升到不同规格尺寸的抽油杆时,对应抽油杆尺寸,通过刀片转动孔对称转动二刮刀片,使碰销进入限位孔,实现不更换刮刀片能对不同规格的抽油杆进行连续刮蜡。

改变片簧数量可调节刮刀体对抽油杆的抱紧力大小,平片簧上固定有胶皮,可刮去抽油杆上的部分原油,同时能挡住刮刀片刮下的蜡质掉到油管柱中,并引导刮刀片刮下的蜡质从排蜡孔中排出。

四、性能特点
1、浮动体上的刮刀体及刮刀片抱合抽油杆并随抽油杆的摆动而在底座中浮动,保证二刮刀片始终抱住抽油杆,随着抽油杆的提升进行自动刮蜡。

2、刮刀片设计为圆形多直径刀口,只需将刮刀片转动一定的角度,而无需更换刮刀片就可进行不同直径的抽油杆连续刮蜡。

3、刮刀体及刮刀片抱合抽油杆产生的刮蜡力,可通过改变片簧数量来调节刮刀体对抽油杆的抱紧力大小,以满足不同结蜡硬度的要求。

五、操作要点
1、使用前,应检查刮刀片规格是否抽油杆杆柱直径吻合,刮刀片及刀刃、簧片、销轴、螺钉等另部件是否齐全完好。

2、安装前,将二刮刀片刀刃转动到与抽油杆尺寸相同的位置。

3、安装时,用专用杆件将二刮刀体向外张开,将抽油杆从刮蜡器中心穿过,将刮蜡器底座与井口用卡箍紧固连接。

4、提升抽油杆时,二刮刀片在片簧弹力的作用下,抱合抽油杆并随抽油杆的摆动而随浮动体在底座中自由浮动,若浮动不灵活,有卡滞现象时,应及时检查原因,予以排除。

5、当起升到不同规格直径的抽油杆时,同时转动二刮刀体内的刀片,转动方向见刮刀体上的钢印记号,并使碰销进入刀片限位孔,使其刀口直径与抽油杆直径相吻合。

6、抽油杆结蜡较严重时,可适当降低抽油杆提升速度,以提高刮蜡效果。

六、注意事项
1、当结蜡较硬刮刀片不能完全抱合抽油杆刮蜡时,或片簧弹力减小时,应及时更换片簧或增加片簧数量。

2、正常工作时,可只用一个排蜡孔,当刮下蜡质较多或排蜡不畅时,可同时打开二个排蜡孔,并及时清理排蜡孔,保证排蜡孔的畅通。

3、作业过程中,必须用吊卡卡住抽油杆放置在刮蜡器上,严禁将抽油杆接头直接压在刮蜡器刀体及刀片上。

4、每次用完后,应清理刮蜡器内腔及外部的原油、蜡质及其它污染物,并在销轴等活动部位涂润滑脂。
