一、道歉信

1.一切还好吗？

How is everything going with you？

2.我写信是为了向你道歉，因不能出席你的生日聚会。

I’m writing the letter to apologize to you for I can’t attend your birthday party.

3.我相信如果你是我，你会做出相同的选择。

I believe if you were me, you would make the same choice.

4.我真诚的希望你能接受我的道歉。

I sincerely/faithfully/truly hope you could accept my apology.

二、感谢信

1.我写信是为了向你表达我的感激，因为当我在美国时你给了我帮助和照顾。I’m writing to express/show/convey/ my appreciation/thanks/gratitude to you for you gave me help and care when I was in America.

2.每次我看到我们在美国拍的照片，我就情不自禁想起你为我做的事情。Every time I saw the photos/pictures taken in America, I can’t help thinking of what you did for me.

3.有了你的帮助，我适应了美国的新环境，这比我想象中要快。

With your help, I adapted to the new environment in America, which is much faster than my imagination.

三、邀请信

1.我想邀请你参加我的生日聚会。

I would like to invite you to attend my birthday party.

2.我想知道下周五晚上八点你是否能与我们共进晚餐。

I wonder if you can have dinner/supper with us next Friday at 8:00p.m.

3.你可以乘坐302路公交车并且在最后一站下车。

You can take the No. 302 bus and get off at the last stop/station.

4.我真诚地希望你能接受我的邀请。我确定你一定不会后悔如果你能来。

I sincerely hope you could accept my invitation. I’m sure you won’t regret if you could come.

四、投诉信

1.我写信是为了投诉你们店里一位店员的糟糕服务。

I’m writing to complain about a shop assistant’s bad/terrible service at/in your store/shop.

2.我对她无礼的态度感到非常不满意。

I’m dissatisfied with her rude/impolite attitude.

3.我希望这个问题能引起你们的注意并且希望你们能调查此事。

I hope that the problem attract/catch/draw your attention and that you can look

into the matter.

4.我期望尽早解决此事并且给我一个满意的解释。

I’m looking forward to your solving the problem and giving me a satisfying explanation.

五、谢绝信

1.非常感谢你邀请我参加周六在你们学校举行的“中国文化日”。

Thank you very much for inviting me to attend the Chinese Culture Day that will be held in your school on Saturday.

2.然而，令我遗憾的是，我不能参加了。

However, to my regret, I can’t attend it now.

3.这是因为我爷爷突然生病住院了，我要和父母一起去探望他。

This is because my grandpa suddenly fell ill and is in hospital now, and I’m going to visit him with my parents.

六、招聘
