超声波液位计说明书

技术原理超声波物位计安装于容器上部,在电子单元的控制下,探头向被测物体发射一束超声波脉冲。
声波被物体表面反射,部分反射回波由探头接收并转换为电信号。
从超声波发射到被重新被接收,其时间与探头至被测物体的距离成正比。
电子单元检测该时间,并根据已知的声速计算出被测距离。
通过减法运算就可得出物位值。
技术问答1.超声波物位计适于什么样的应用环境?通常应用于温度在150℃以下、压力在5Bar(5kg/cm2)以下的场所进行液位或料位的测量。
2.对于密闭容器内的挥发性的液体的液位测量,应注意那些事项?应注意两点:a容器内气体声速可能与空气中的声速不同,如液位计不能对声速进行修正,则会出现较大误差;b挥发性的液体会在超声波液位计探头表面凝结,阻挡声波的收发,要求液位计具有可变功率控制功能。

3.超声波物位计可以测量原煤仓、煤粉仓的料位吗?原煤的料位测量是可行的,有足够的应用经验和成功实例;煤粉仓的料位测量使用超声波方式目前并不理想。
4.对于液面剧烈波动的液体,如何使用超声波液位计进行液位测量?有三种可行的办法:a选用具有自动功率控制功能的超声波液位计b选用更大量程的超声波液位计c在液体中加入塑料管,测量塑料管内液位5.两线制超声波物位计与三线制超声波物位计有和不同?两线制超声波物位计其供电(DC24v)与信号输出(DC4-20mA)共用一个回路,仅使用两条线即可,为标准的变送器形式,不足之处是发射功率微弱,不适合液面有较大波动的液位测量和料位测量,当液体有较大挥发性时,测量效果有时也不理想。
三线制超声波物位计实际上为四线制,其供电(DC24v)与信号输出(DC4-20mA)回路分离,各使用两条线,当它们负端共地相连时,通常使用三条线即可。
其优势是发射功率较大,适合对各种条件的液位和料位进行测量,效果理想。

超声波液位计说明书本说明书适用三线制或4线制、二线制由于盘装式和壁挂式已经停产,使用时可以参考本说明书一,用户自检:A, 仪表正确通上合格的电源,按移位键(即左键)找出 L ( L 是探头到反射面的距离),垂直对准空旷的墙面作为超声波的反射面(假设是水面),观察L 的数字,显示L 的数字和实际 距离相等说明测量功能正常•(首先要先熟悉有关距离L 和液位H 的关系图见附件).说明:1, 由于仪表有严格的数据过滤和确认过程,数字变化可能会比您移动仪表的速度慢一些,属 于正常现象。
(有特殊要求请您在订货时说明)2, 在检验的过程中应该注意: L (maX w 测量距离能力,L (min )》仪表的盲区C.3, 一般情况下,仪表量程d+盲区。
