超声波液位计说明书
技术原理超声波物位计安装于容器上部，在电子单元的控制下，探头向被测物体发射一束超声波脉冲。
声波被物体表面反射，部分反射回波由探头接收并转换为电信号。
从超声波发射到被重新被接收，其时间与探头至被测物体的距离成正比。
电子单元检测该时间，并根据已知的声速计算出被测距离。
通过减法运算就可得出物位值。
技术问答1．超声波物位计适于什么样的应用环境？通常应用于温度在150℃以下、压力在5Bar（5kg/cm2）以下的场所进行液位或料位的测量。
2．对于密闭容器内的挥发性的液体的液位测量，应注意那些事项？应注意两点：a容器内气体声速可能与空气中的声速不同，如液位计不能对声速进行修正，则会出现较大误差；b挥发性的液体会在超声波液位计探头表面凝结，阻挡声波的收发，要求液位计具有可变功率控制功能。

3．超声波物位计可以测量原煤仓、煤粉仓的料位吗？原煤的料位测量是可行的，有足够的应用经验和成功实例；煤粉仓的料位测量使用超声波方式目前并不理想。
4．对于液面剧烈波动的液体，如何使用超声波液位计进行液位测量？有三种可行的办法：a选用具有自动功率控制功能的超声波液位计b选用更大量程的超声波液位计c在液体中加入塑料管，测量塑料管内液位5．两线制超声波物位计与三线制超声波物位计有和不同？两线制超声波物位计其供电（DC24v）与信号输出（DC4-20mA）共用一个回路，仅使用两条线即可，为标准的变送器形式，不足之处是发射功率微弱，不适合液面有较大波动的液位测量和料位测量，当液体有较大挥发性时，测量效果有时也不理想。
三线制超声波物位计实际上为四线制，其供电（DC24v）与信号输出（DC4-20mA）回路分离，各使用两条线，当它们负端共地相连时，通常使用三条线即可。
其优势是发射功率较大，适合对各种条件的液位和料位进行测量，效果理想。

超声波液位计说明书本说明书适用三线制或4线制、二线制由于盘装式和壁挂式已经停产，使用时可以参考本说明书一，用户自检：A, 仪表正确通上合格的电源，按移位键（即左键）找出 L （ L 是探头到反射面的距离），垂直对准空旷的墙面作为超声波的反射面（假设是水面），观察L 的数字，显示L 的数字和实际 距离相等说明测量功能正常•（首先要先熟悉有关距离L 和液位H 的关系图见附件）.说明：1, 由于仪表有严格的数据过滤和确认过程，数字变化可能会比您移动仪表的速度慢一些，属 于正常现象。
（有特殊要求请您在订货时说明）2, 在检验的过程中应该注意： L （maX w 测量距离能力,L （min ）》仪表的盲区C.3, 一般情况下，仪表量程d+盲区。
