摘要

减速器是一种用于原动机和工作机之间的封闭式传动装置,其主要功能是降低转速,增大扭矩,以便带动大扭矩的机械,故在现代机械中应用很广,它具有结构紧凑、传动效率较高、传递运动准确可靠、使用维护方便和可成批生产等特点,传统圆柱齿轮减速器的手工设计方法过程繁琐、周期长、效率低,随着科学技术和国民经济的发展,圆柱齿轮减速器的需求量越来越大,且对品质提出了更高的要求,传统设计方法已远远不能够满足技术发展的需要。

传统的减速器手工设计通常采用二维工程图表示三维实体模型的做法。这种做法不仅不能以三维实体模型直观逼真地显现出减速器的结构特征,而且对于一个视图上某一尺寸的修改,不能自动反映在其他对应视图上。同时,用这种方法生成的模型几何数据不能直接用于计算机数控加工(CNC)、模具设计、有限元分析和机构运动分析中。并且要做大量分析与计算,因而费工费时,设计效率低。

目前,在产品开发中用的绘图软件比较多,如常用的AutoCAD、Pro/ENGINEER、UG等。面对激烈的市场竞争,各生产厂家在满足产品功能的同时,为迎合消费者的需求,更加注重产品外观造型的设计。在设计产品时,设计者如果使用二维图纸描述,其结构很难表达清楚,特别是光滑曲面二维图纸是无法表达的;而三维软件则显示了其独特的优势,不但能准确、直观地表达产品的外观,而且会大大缩短设计周期,降低设计者的劳动强度,提高设计效率,Pro/E软件便是其中一个典型例子。

本文主要以圆柱齿轮减速器作为典型产品,基于pro/E软件系统平台,就减速器的装配设计,实体造型设计,工程视图等内容进行研究分析。

Abstract:

Reducer is a working machine for the original motivation and closed between the gear, its main function is to reduce speed, increase torque, in order to drive high torque of the machine, so in modern machinery is widely used, it has a compact structure, high transmission efficiency, transmission movement accurate, reliable and easy to maintain and use the characteristics of batch production, the traditional cylindrical gear reducer cumbersome process of manual design methods, a long cycle, low efficiency, with the science and technology and the national economy the development of cylindrical gear reducer increasing demand, and the right quality and put forward higher requirements, the traditional design approach has been far from able to meet the technology needs.

The traditional manual design reducer commonly used two-dimensional engineering drawings indicated that the practice of three-dimensional solid model. This approach not only can not be an intuitive three-dimensional solid model reducer vividly reveals structural features, but also for a view on a certain size changes, can not automatically be reflected in the corresponding view on the other. At the same time, using this method to generate the model geometry can not be directly used in computer numerical control machining (CNC), mold design, finite element analysis and kinematic analysis. And to do a large number of analysis and calculation, and therefore a lot of work and time-consuming to design and low efficiency.

At present, using a mapping software product development, are more commonly used, such as AutoCAD, Pro / ENGINEER, Ug and so on. The face of fierce market competition, the manufacturers to meet the product features at the same time, in order to meet consumer demand, pay more attention to product exterior design. In the design of products, the designer if you are using two-dimensional drawings describe its structure is difficult to express clearly, especially smooth surfaces can not be expressed in two-dimensional drawings; and three-dimensional software showed its unique advantages, not only accurate, visually Expression of the product's appearance, but will greatly shorten the design cycle, reduce labor intensity designers to improve design efficiency, Pro / E software is one classic example.

This paper mainly cylindrical gear reducer as a typical product, based on pro / E software system platform, the speed reducer assembly design, solid modeling design, engineering, etc. view the content of research and analysis.
