To begin with, the club itself is very unsightly. It has blackened windows with

unable to concentrate fully on my job, as I am often too tired.

I understand that, as a member of the local government, you have the power to
close the club down. Nevertheless, I know very clearly that people need to make
a living and I would not like to be responsible for people losing their jobs. Hence ,
if you could please ensure that the offensive pictures are removed, and the
noise level is kept to a minimum level, I would be more than satisfied.
