模块三常见疾病的合理用药指导及药学咨询服务

一、实训目标

1.能够对常见疾病进行判断,能够按照处方调配药品,并提供合理的用药指导及服药时的注意事项。

2.能够对慢性病的康复给与科学用药指导,能够对长期服药导致的药物不良反应有必要的认识。

3.能够根据患者的病情和特点,推荐相应的药品,并进行合理用药指导。

4.能够自觉运用沟通技巧及药学服务礼仪,一切交流应符合职业道德标准。二、实训条件

1.实训场地为社会药房,或有柜台和货架的模拟药店。

2.按照药品摆放原则摆放的相关药品(数种~数十种。

3.实训人员两人一组,抽签决定扮演药师或购药者及咨询者。三、考核标准

教师在成绩评定时,应用评分表进行实时评价,评分表中的评分项目包括学员问病的过程中的仪表仪态、礼貌用语、职业道德、问病技巧和逻辑性、信息的准确性、沟通能力、诊断、药品介绍和用药指导等方面综合评定。
