The cause:

• For example, if you lift up a senior who falls over, may be framed by the senior or his families. Because of that, many people afraid to do good thing.
• Indifference is an infectious disease, which may affect both our mental and physical health. In other words, in this environment, we may become the sources of the infection or the infected one, or both. • For example, everytime you lose your temper, it‟s possible that you might hurt the people who around you. Specially, those who around you are also the one who love you most. You may feel guilty after things happened, but guilty can never and ever heals anyone‟s mind. • Therefore, the most effective way that we should do to keep away from indifference is mind your behaviors. Also, you need to have you own thoughts and hold firm to your principles.
How to awake people's awareness in moral, defending our conscience？
1. Learn the traditional culture. To choose competition over apathy, caring over indifference, vision over myopia, and love over hate. 2. The mass media should expand the positive impact, positive energy. 3. Pass relevant laws and regulations, safeguard the rights and interests of the helper.
