核心自我评价量表(core self-evaluations scale,简称cses)是由judge等编制的,用于测量个体的核心自我评价的水平。
国内的杜建政等学者于2012年修订了该量表的中文版,本量表适用于大学生和已经工作了的人员。
该量表是一个单维度的自评量表,由10个项目组成,采用五级计分法,从1到5分分别表示“完全不同意”到“完全同意”。
总分的范围为10-50分,分数越高说明被测者核心自我评价水平越高。
该量表的内部一致性系数为0.83,分半信度为0.84,间隔3周的重测信度为0.82。
该量表的得分与生活满意度的相关为0.48,与大五人格问卷的神经质、宜人性、外向性、责任心和开放性维度得分的相关分别为:-0.640、0.115、0.259、0.666和0.080。
这些指标表明该量表具有较好的信度和效度。
