羊肚菌的烘干深加工太重要！这是羊肚菌种植过程的最后一个环节，若体量大，烘干不够重视可能会损失不小。
对于羊肚菌一等品，烘干得好就是500~600元一斤，如果烘成胶片，就变成了100元一斤。
烘干的原则是初始温度在40摄氏度保持一直排湿，直到湿度降到50%以下温度才可以提高到45℃，烘干的最终温度不超过50摄氏度。
使用羊肚菌烘干机烘制干菇，含水率宜控制在12%左右！
1.羊肚菌按不同长度进行剪柄后，排放于烘筛上，将烘筛推入羊肚菌烘干房内，紧闭密封门开始启动机器起烘。
脱水初期温度不能低于40℃，最好是40℃起烘；在45℃～50℃的范围内烘6小时；再在50℃～55℃热风温度条件下，脱水6小时；过程中检查羊肚菌的干燥情况。
最后在55℃～60℃下脱水直到烘干为止；
2.在烘制时不宜升温太快，每小时升温控制在5℃。
骤然升温会引起羊肚菌菌体急剧收缩，造成羊肚菌菌盖向外倒卷并变黑，严重影响羊肚菌干品品质。
生产小秘招：羊肚菌烘干完成后，不要急于马上装袋，可在空气中静置10-20分钟，使其表面稍微回软，否则干硬的羊肚菌在装袋过程中发生脆断而被损坏。

2、微波虾米烘干方法。
用微波烘干机烘干大虾，水分从内向外蒸发，干燥速度快，烘干后的虾米肉质松软，虾皮易剥除。
3、热泵虾米烘干方法。
热泵烘干机干燥大虾智能控制，节能无污染，可分阶段设置温度、湿度、干燥时间等，熟练掌握烘干工艺，干燥出的大虾品质好，附加值高。
且烘干过程无需专人看管，省工省力。
把虾米放到烘干盘上，一盘一盘放到烘干架上，然后推进烘干机，要适当翻动，使其迅速、均匀干燥。
