心理学研究表明--网瘾能消除！瘾，是指各种生理需要以外的、超乎寻常的嗜好。过度迷恋上网实际上也是一种成瘾行为，网瘾行为综
合征的诊断标准有：
上网已成为生命活动中的必须部分，并由此产生心理、生理依赖性。如网瘾者可以在网吧内上网达8小时甚至更长时间，不知饿，不知渴，或睡在网吧，上网时精力集中、愉快，从网上得到解脱与欢乐，忘记人世忧伤与烦恼。
强令终止上网便会出现戒断症状。如网瘾者感到空虚、无聊、烦躁、无助、不安、抑郁，或出现摔物、吵架、打人、偷窃、拔眉毛、寻
死觅活等冲动行为，一旦父母又准其上网，则上述戒断症状全部消失，同时产生欣快感。
现代心理学研究认为，网瘾形成机理如同烟瘾、酒瘾、毒瘾一样，
同样是操作条件反射
形成、巩固、习惯化的过程。上网是操作过程，网上尝到的甜头是
强化物，上网操作和甜头强化物的结合称为强化，多次强化后，便
形成了网瘾操作性条件反射。瘾对人都有害，烟瘾可致癌、心血管病、胃炎等。网瘾则可妨碍学习进步，养成说谎恶习，疏远家庭，
损伤网瘾者的身心健康，导致各种慢性疾病发生，并降低个体免疫力。网瘾本身即是一种心理障碍和异常行为，需要诊断、治疗。
有了网瘾如何消除呢？既然网瘾是操作条件反射形成、牢固化所致，而操作条件反射的关键是强化，即上网操作和甜头强化物的结合。
所以消除网瘾的办法便是逐步不强化，使上网操作逐渐减少并不和
强化物结合，网瘾便很易根除。具体办法是认知行为疗法。
认知。家长和网瘾孩子像朋友一样协商，不要说教，双方互相尊重，首先明确学习是青少年的主要任务，身心健康是青少年发育、发展
的关键。然后理出网瘾对青少年的危害，如荒废学业，损伤身心健康，上网要钱，而钱不够便会养成说谎的习惯，上网占用时间过多
会疏远亲情与友谊，不利心理发展。与此同时，家长还要主动与老
师配合。
系统脱敏。家长与网瘾孩子双方协商，定出总体计划，在两个月内
逐步减少上网时间，最终达到偶尔上网或不上网。如原来每天沉迷
网吧8小时以上，则第一周减为6小时，第二周4小时，第三周3
小时，第四周2小时。网瘾者能按计划执行则给予奖励（用代币制），即每周发给适当的代币，到月终换为现金。做不到时则罚，
但不可打、骂，而是将孩子最喜欢的食物、娱乐、看电视或其他活
动予以减少，如不给吃快餐，不给吃冰淇淋等。这样，两个月内会
消除网瘾。
代替疗法。青少年需要充实的精神生活和娱乐，所以不让其上网则
必须找别的爱好替代。如游泳、打球，陪孩子登山、旅游等。
厌恶疗法。叫孩子左手腕带上粗的橡皮筋，当孩子有上网念头时立
即用右手拉弹橡皮筋，橡皮筋回弹便会产生疼痛感，转移并压制上
网的念头。拉弹的同时，孩子还要提醒自己，网瘾有危害。家长要
培养孩子的意志力，用意志力压制上网的念头。
