RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Rental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") made and entered into on [insert date] (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date") by and between:

2. Identity, Rights, Obligations, Performance, Duration, and Breach of the Parties

2.1 Identity of the Parties

(a) Rental Company is a legal entity incorporated under Chinese law.

(b) Renter is an individual.

2.2 Rights and Obligations of the Parties

(a) Rental Company

The Rental Company hereby agrees to rent the Vessel to the Renter for the Rental Period (as defined in Section 3 below), subject to the terms and conditions herein contained.

The Rental Company shall deliver the Vessel to the Renter in good working order, free from any defects and damages, and shall ensure its seaworthiness and compliance with Chinese laws and regulations.

The Rental Company shall provide the Renter with necessary instructions related to the operation of the Vessel and any required safety instructions.

(b) Renter

The Renter shall pay the Rental Fee (as defined in Section 3 below) to the Rental Company in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

The Renter shall use the Vessel solely for the purpose specified in this Agreement and in accordance with all applicable Chinese laws and regulations.

The Renter shall take good care of the Vessel and ensure that it is returned to the Rental Company in the same condition as received.

2.3 Performance

The Rental Company shall deliver the Vessel to the Renter on the Effective Date and time specified in this Agreement.

The Renter shall use the Vessel during the Rental Period in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2.4 Duration

This Agreement shall be effective from the Effective Date and shall continue until the Rental Period ends, unless otherwise terminated by either party in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2.5 Breach

(a) Rental Company

The Rental Company shall be in breach of this Agreement if it fails to deliver the Vessel in good working order, free from any defects, or if the Vessel is not seaworthy.

(b) Renter

The Renter shall be in breach of this Agreement if it fails to pay the Rental Fee, uses the Vessel for an unauthorized purpose, or fails to take care of the Vessel.

3. Rental Period and Rental Fee

3.1 Rental Period

The Rental Period shall commence on the [insert date] and end on the [insert date] (hereinafter referred to as the "Rental Period").

3.2 Rental Fee

(a) The Rental Fee for the Vessel shall be [insert amount] per day (hereinafter referred to as the "Rental Fee").

4. Compliance with Chinese Law and Regulations

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

5.1 Rental Company

The Rental Company shall have the following rights and obligations:

(a) To receive the Rental Fee from the Renter;

(b) To inspect the Vessel upon its return and determine whether there is any damage or loss and the cost of any necessary repairs or replacements;

(c) To terminate this Agreement if the Renter breaches any of its obligations under this Agreement.

5.2 Renter

The Renter shall have the following rights and obligations:

(a) To use the Vessel during the Rental Period in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;

(b) To return the Vessel to the Rental Company at the end of the Rental Period in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear;

(c) To pay the Rental Fee in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;

(d) To indemnify the Rental Company for any damages sustained as a result of any of its breach of its obligations under this Agreement.

6. Legal Effect and Enforceability

This Agreement shall be legally binding and enforceable in accordance with Chinese laws and regulations. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
