大型三甲医院临床数据中心系统的建设与应用

【摘要】Objective: The Construction of Clinical Data Repository is based on integration platform, it integrated all the patient treatment information and formed a patient-centered clinical data center. Method: Applying HL7v3 and CDA standards, the structure and semantics of clinical documents are redefined standardly and locally. The communication and data exchange between heterogeneous systems are achieved with 41 clinical criteria documents. The F5 is used to equalization access security and the Golden Gate technical is used to support storage security. Results: Successfully implemented the full life cycle management of patient information, CDR reached 5.47 million patient records, 410 million clinical, 1.5TB of data, while providing a flexible user rights management and various forms of access systems, greatly improving the ease of system use. Conclusion: CDR achieved the interacts among multiple clinical information systems and various clinical documents, accumulated a lot of valuable data for subsequent clinical medicine, teaching, research, management, lay a solid foundation for the use of large data analysis on CDR data mining use, and promote innovation and development of new models of medical
