高砷锑烟尘浸出毒性研究

(中南大学冶金与环境学院,湖南长沙410083)摘 要:为了评价高砷锑烟尘对环境的影响,模拟酸雨二淡水二盐碱地等自然环境,采用去离子水二硫酸-硝酸混合溶液二醋酸缓冲溶液二NaOH 溶液(pH =10二pH =11二pH =13)6种浸出剂测定了As二Sb 的浸出毒性三结果表明,浸出温度20?时,在去离子水二硫酸-硝酸二醋酸和NaOH 体系中As 最低浓度分别为1.66二1.62二0.82和1.59g /L,最高浓度分别为2.13二2.11二1.13和2.77g /L;Sb 最低浓度分别为2.65二2.36二0.41和0.53g /L,最高浓度分别为2.96二2.68二0.72和2.98g /L三随着浸出温度升高,浸出液中As二Sb 浓度更大三关键词:高砷锑烟尘;浸出毒性;砷;锑;浸出剂

Leaching Toxicity of Arsenic Antimony Bearing Dust

ZHOU Ya-ming,LIU Zhi-yong,LIU Zhi-hong (School of Metallurgy and Environment ,Central South University ,Changsha 410083,Hunan ,China )Abstract :Leaching toxicity of As and Sb was respectively measured using 6leaching agents,including deionized water,sulfuric acid-nitric acid solution,acetic acid solution,NaOH solution (pH =10,pH =11,pH =13),by simulating natural environmental condition,including acid rain,fresh water and saline alkali land,so as to evaluate impact of high arsenic antimony bearing dust on environment.Results showed that after leaching at 20?,in deionized water system,sulfuric-nitric acid system,acetic acid system and sodium hydroxide system,the lowest concentration of As was 1.66,1.62,0.82and 1.59g /L,respectively,while the highest concentration was 2.13,2.11,1.13and 2.77g /L,respectively.While the lowest concentration of Sb was 2.65,2.36,0.41and 0.53g /L,respectively,and the highest concentration was 2.96,2.68,0.72and 2.98g /L,respectively.It is shown that both the concentrations of As and Sb in the lixivium are increased with the rising of temperature.Key words :arsenic antimony bearing dust;leaching toxicity;arsenic;antimony;leaching agent
