一.课程标准相关的陈述

根据小学生的心理和生理特征以及发展需求.小学阶段的英语课程的目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣.培养他们英语学习的积极态度.使他们建立初步的英语学习的自信心;培养学生一定的语感和良好语音.语调基础。五年级的学生已经有一定的英语基础.本学期应达到以下目标;

学习目标;

1.我能够借助拼读规则.图片听.说.读.写81个短语和单词以及16组句子和11个单句[包括日常活动.季节.生日.电话用语.动物和野营等几个话题]。要求能在真实语境中正确运用并能读懂简短语篇。

2..我能够借助拼读规则.图片听.说.认读21个单词[带“△”]。

3.我能根据书上的要求完成4个手工制作。

4.我能借助录音能听懂.会唱8首歌曲。

5.我能借助录音听懂.会吟唱10首歌谣。

6.我能根据练习.作业及小组合作完成6个自我评价活动。

7.我能借助动画理解6个幽默小故事。

8.我能借助课本.课件了解6项简单的中西方文化生活知识。

能力目标;

1.我能借助录音.图片使用日常交际用语.活用四会句型.进行简单的交流.做到大胆开口.发音正确。

三.课程实施

1.五年级上.下册的结构.板块设计基本相同.不同之处主要有以下两个方面:

(1)五年级上.下册教材中的主句型在 Let's talk 部分只要求达到听.说.认读.在 Read and write 部分要求达到能够书写。

(2)语音部分由原来的字母组合朗读和绕口令欣赏过渡到国际音标的认读和音标.单词

及其释意图的连线游戏。

2.本教材的设计体现了“以人为本”的教育思想.形式多样活泼.很符合该年龄阶段的儿童。教材以话题为纲.以交际功能和语言结构为主线.逐步引导学生运用英语完成有实际意义的语

[二]主体评价

教师评价;

1.对全班的评价;教师估量全班的整体表现.发现群体的学习优势和存在的问题.明确群

体学习活动的总体趋势。

2.对小组的评价;小组活动应当成为教师评价的重点项目。教师应当观察不同小组的内

部互动情况.小组领导力的强弱.小组的信息沟通情况.小组执行任务的过程.小组解决问题的

成效等。

3.对学生个人的评价;对学生个人的评价需要以个案的形式观察探寻那些可以说明

他们学业进展情况的具体表现。要分层次.有重点地进行形成性评价。

学生评价;

1.学生自评;如及时采集个人表现的信息.记录自己的学习过程.学会进行自我监控.学会描述自己的学习行为等。

2.小组互评;小组内部合作评价是课堂形成性评价的难点。学生在课堂上是不太善于进行合作评价的.但是.教师应当有计划地培养学生良好的合作评价行为.这需要一定的时间.需要在每节课上引导学生自主管理小组活动.自主实施小组评价任务.自主积累过程评价信息和实证材料.而所有这些“自主”都需要在教师的有计划的行为中进行训练。

[三]终结评价

1.单元或阶段测试;非笔试与笔试结合。

2.期末非笔试测试评价;能完成“I can say .I can read. I can speak. I can talk.”成绩评定为A,B,C,D四个等级。
