1、注塑机技术规格及要求:Technical requirements

1.19 注射部分:Injection Unit

1.19.1 採用雙合金料管組,並作雙螺牙設計 Bimetallic screw and barrel with double flight design

1.19.2 设备射出控制具有四段以上控制,保压控制具有四段控制。 With at least 4 stages for injection and for holding

1.19.3 具有熔胶前松退和熔胶后松退功能。Decompression before and after plasticizing

1.20 合模部分:Clamping unit

1.20.1 提供T型槽和螺纹复合模板1套,并配备T型螺栓螺帽1套,螺栓为双头螺栓,模具压板及垫块1套,上、卸模专用扳手2把。T slots and bore holes on platens, with 32 sets of mold clamps and 2 sets of tools for assembly and disassembly

1.20.2 设备有模具顶出板返回确认回路。顶针方式可以设定为合安全门时才能回退。

1.20.3 提供固定在动、静模板上的模具冷却水管路各10进10出(另有集水块再出来

1.21 液压部分:Hydraulic system

1.21.1 设备动静模各有五路液压抽芯油路(可在不同时间单独动作,每路油路上各有

两进、两出油路及相应长度的油管,以上抽芯等请安装在机器侧边中部),第一路抽芯

有单独的流量和压力控制(流量至少达到200L/MIN),其余四路抽芯流量至少要150L/MIN.抽芯位置必须有限位开关控制,保证注射时必须保压和止逆(可以调进芯打开),同一组抽芯在任何状况下都不能同时做抽芯和进芯动作,错误时必须报警,不能出

1.21.3 有油泵过滤器堵塞报警。过滤器位置要求在机器外部,便于清洗更换。External oil filter for the pump for easy cleaning and replacement.

1.21.4提供四路油壓自动剪浇口控制系统,要求可在不同时间控制四个热流道浇口抽芯的打开和剪切关闭,每路独立工作。每个热流道浇口抽芯的控制信号为24V,5VA。4 channel hydraulic valve gate control, could be opened and closed independently. Each hot runner signal at 24V, 5VA.4

1.21.5 注射和合模部分液压系统可以独立控制,互相各不影响。Injection and clamping should have independent control and must not influence each other.

二、附件及备件:Accessories

1、设备附机、附件和专用工具必须配齐,以满足买方使用需求(如压板、螺栓、垫铁、地脚螺栓、模温机、干燥机、吸料机、专用扳手等)。All standard accessories and standard spare parts should be inclusive in the price quoted.

2、卖方随设备一并提供保障设备正常运转不少于一年的易损件(如气辅喷嘴、加长喷嘴、油封、加热圈、热电偶、保险丝、继电器等)。Seller should provide one year warranty on all of the parts of the machine. And should provide the parts list, and its prices.

三、技术资料:(中英文对照)Technical specs in Chinese and English

1、卖方应提供设备的全套资料及出厂检验标准(中文两套)。Seller should provide the following information:

Foundation, Foot print of machine, operations and maintenance manual, Controller manual(two in English and one in Chinese)

2、提供保证设备正常运行、维护和保养必需的其它工艺参数及要求 Guarantee that the machine provided

四、技术服务和技术支持:Technical service and technical support

1、卖方必须为用户提供及时、迅速优质的服务,在中国大陆必须设有维修站(点)及备品备件保税库,若设备出现故障,必须能保证24小时以内到达用户现场并提供优质的服务,不允许设备连续停机24小时以上,否则每耽误一次则保修期顺延一个月或从设备10%尾款中扣除设备总价值的0.5%;Service should be provided on time and fast.

Should have a proper service center in the PRC with adequate spare parts to be able to provide a 24 hour service to the customer

2、卖方必须迅速快捷的提供设备的备品备件;Fast and reliable spare parts availability

3、在设备保修期内如设备损坏时的一切备品备件卖方应迅速派员及时解决,买方不承担与之相关的任何费用;During warranty period all of the parts and labor are absolutely free of charges

4、及时提供设备使用和维修技术方面的信息和技术资料。On time service help and documents.

五、设备验收:卖方提供设备的出厂检验报告,双方按商定的验收条件验收。Machine acceptance, Seller should provide Quality inspection reports before products are shipped out. Both parties will inspect accordingly in the Buyer’s plant.

六、安装、调试及培训:Commissioning and training

在接到买方通知后,卖方必须按照买方要求派技术人员到用户现场免费进行设备就位、安装、调试工作,并负责对买方进行操作、工艺和维修维护培训,时间直到买方正常投入使用为止,并提供成套培训资料。Seller should send engineers inclusive in price for the installation, commissioning and training of buyer’s personnel.

七、质量保证期:Warranty

1、质量保证期为最终验收合格签定之日起24个月。Warranty is 12 months after acceptance documents signed. Controller warranty at 24 months after acceptance.

2、质量保证期后,卖方应向买方提供及时、优质、价格优惠的技术服务和备品备件供应。After warranty, seller should provide fast, good and fair price for service and parts.

补充:

1.买方验收设备的标准以设备能满足现有试模需求及能满足PO汽车模具试模要求为准,若设备不能满足现有需求和PO试模要求,则买方不予验收设备。

2.卖方必须保证此次卖给买方的设备必须是同期卖给中国国内价格最优惠的,若买方发现同类规格设备其它用户有更优惠的的价格,则买方有权从设备10%质保款中进行罚款。
