Y-HG1液压缸样本Y-HG型冶金设备用标准液压缸 1Y-HG型冶金设备用标准液压缸共有34种规格,68个品种,缸径40,320mm。

1 技术特点1.压力:本标准缸为E、G两种压力极。

E极适用于,6.3MPa,16Mpa压力范围的液压缸(简称E级油缸)。

G极适用于,缸) 16MPa,25MPa压力范围的液压缸(简称G极油2.密封:E级油缸采用结构简单,耐磨性好的YX型聚胺脂密封圈和适用范围宽的YX型橡胶密封圈。

G极油缸采用耐高压,密封可靠的V型组合密封圈。

3.防压:本液压缸均采用聚胺脂或丁腈橡胶无骨架式防尘圈。

4.适用介质:液压油、机械油、乳化液。

(不适用于磷酸脂)oo5.适用温度:-40C,+180C。

6.结构:本标准缸共有17种缸径(40、50、63、80、90、100、110、125、140、150、160、180、200、220、250、280、320),按两种速比(1.46、2)组成34种规格;分成带间隙缓冲两种结构。

上述34种规格组成68个品种,便于用户任意选用。

7.安装连接:符合国际标准ISO6020/1- 1981中系列液压缸安装连接尺寸。

不同缸径均有基本型,前、后长方法兰,前、后方法兰,前、后圆法兰,前、中、后销轴,头部单耳环;轴向、径向脚架共13种安装型式(详见型号说明及附表)。

除轴向脚架型外,安装连接尺寸均符合ISO6020/1-1981。

杆端螺纹亦符合GB2350-80规定。

1.型号说明中凡标有?号的目前暂按非标准处理。

2.压力分级E16MPa可适用6.3MPa,16MPa之间使用者只需填写E即可。

3.安装连接形式除中间销轴需在型号上注明1的具体尺寸外,其余按表上符号填写即可,外连尺寸请参考表5,17。

4.如需要间隙缓冲请填写H符号,如果不填H符号则接无缓冲交货。

5.行程请按行程系列表4中的分档填写。

用户也可以自行确定行程。

6.对液压缸的工作介质、适用温度、试验、外表涂漆、包装等有特殊要求者务请注明,末注明特殊要求者一律按标准交替。
