航空材料规范AMS 2700 E出版 2000.03修订 2011.11替换 AMS 2700DAMS-QQ-P-35QQ-P-35耐蚀钢的钝化理由AMS2700E的发行是为了合并截止2011年6月14日经过AMS B委员会批准的所有的更改,这些更改本来计划要加入AMS2700D中去的,但由于疏忽遗漏了。
所有更改均列在8.17节。
1. 范围1.1 目的本规范包含的操作要求是用以规范从耐蚀钢零件表面去除游离铁或其它少量贵金属污染物。
1.2 应用在本规范中详述的操作的典型应用是溶解位于耐蚀钢表面的杂质金属元素,以提高钢的耐蚀性,但并不仅仅限于此类应用。
1.3 分类1.3.1 方法本规范包含的钝化方法如下:方法1 - 硝酸钝化方法2 - 柠檬酸钝化应使用方法1,除非方法2得到工程认可。
1.3.2 类型:使用方法1,可以选用以下类型:1型添加重铬酸钠的低温硝酸溶液2型添加重铬酸钠的中温硝酸溶液3型添加重铬酸钠的高温硝酸溶液4型对于易切削钢,40%硝酸溶液5型对于高碳马氏体钢,阳极化6型低温硝酸溶液7型中温硝酸溶液8型中温高浓度硝酸溶液当没有指定类型时,操作者可以使用下列任何一个满足此处要求的类型。
1.3.3 级别钝化检验的级别如下:1.3.3.1 1级以下类型的零件应该依据章节4.3.1的要求进行测试。
1.3.3.1.1 在采购文件中没有确定检验频率的紧固件,包括螺母、螺栓、垫圈、铆钉和相关部件。
1.3.3.1.2 图纸上标有AN、MS、NAS或类似标识的且没有规定检验频率的标准件。
1.3.3.1.3 采购方指定要求进行测试的。
1.3.3.2 2级腐蚀试验的频率是每一批抽取一个零件。
1.3.3.3 3级按试验周期进行试验。
1.3.3.4 4级引用AMS-QQ-P-35或QQ-P-35的零件,按照4.3.4节要求进行接收检验。
1.3.3.5 当没有指定级别且没有采用1.3.3.1(1级)和1.3.3.4(4级)时,将采用2级。
1.4 安全- 危险材料虽然在本规范中描述或引用的材料、方法、应用和操作可能涉及到了危险材料的使用,但本规范没有指出使用过程中可能发生的危险。
使用者对确保熟悉安全生产和正确使用危险材料负有全责,并且采取必要的预防措施以确保所有相关人员的健康安全。
2. 适用文件版次在采购单日期生效的文件构成本规范的一部分。
除非规定了文件版次,否则,供应商可以根据文件的升版版本进行操作。
当参考文件被作废或没有规定替代的文件时,应使用该文件的最新有效的版次。

3.1.2 方法1 - 硝酸钝化:3.1.2.1 钝化必须通过浸渍在依照表1配制的槽液中完成。
当工程认可时,其他硝酸溶液也可以使用,详见章节8.13。
3.1.2.2 当没有指定钝化类型时,可以参考表4。

3.1.3.2 操作环境3.1.3.2.1温度槽液温度应控制在70-160℉(21-71℃)。
当槽液温度高于140℉(60℃)时,浸渍时间至少4分钟;当槽液温度在120到140℉(49到60℃)之间时,浸渍时间至少10分钟;当槽液温度在100到119℉(38到48℃)之间时,浸渍时间至少20分钟;当槽液温度低于100℉(38℃)时,浸渍时间至少30分钟。
3.1.4 最终清洗零件从钝化溶液中取出后,马上彻底进行清洗。
最终清洗将在干净的水中的进行,详见8.14节。
3.1.5 后处理当规定有后处理时,铁素体、马氏体和沉淀硬化钢零件经过漂洗后,应浸在含4-6%(以重量计)重铬酸钠水合物(Na2Cr2O7·2H2O)的溶液中,溶液温度为140-160℉(60到71℃),处理时间为1小时,然后漂洗并干燥。
见8.2节。
3.2 性能3.2.1 耐蚀性除了碳含量大于等于0.85%(例如AISI 440C)的零件必须符合下列其中一种情况,或者,当有规定时,测试方法依据附件A。
3.2.1 .1 湿度当暴露在至少95%的相对湿度,95-115℉(35到46℃)的环境中至少24小时后,零件必须没有目视可见的红色锈迹。
3.2.1.2 水浸在试剂水(ASTM D 1193 表IV)中浸没1小时,允许在空气中室温干燥1小时,直到24小时(12个周期)后,零件必须没有目视可见的红色锈迹。

3.2.1.3 当有规定或工程允许时,对于(1)AISI 200或AISI 300系列的奥氏体钢和(2)铬含量大于16%的沉淀硬化钢和铁素体钢,必须满足以下要求中的一个,以代替湿度或浸渍测试:3.2.1.3.1 硫酸铜测试依照ASTM D 1193表IV,测试溶液是在500ml试剂水中加入8克的硫酸铜(CuSO4·5H2O)和2-3 ml硫酸(H2SO4,sp.gr. 1.84),零件应该擦拭或者浸入此测试溶液保持表面湿润至少6分钟。
漂洗和干燥表面,使其没有干扰的任何沉积物。
铜色沉积物表明有不可接受的游离铁的存在。
硫酸铜溶液的有效性可以被以下任意一种方法证实:a. 按4.2.2.1节进行周期化学分析b. 使用之前要验证。
任何按AS2390制作尺寸合适的试样,代表着经过相应清洁的调质淬火钢,当符合以上测试时将会呈现出铜色沉定物。
3.2..1.3.2 盐雾根据ASTM B 117,将零件暴露在盐雾环境中至少2小时后,零件必须没有红色锈迹。
3.2.2 表面外观操作完成后,零件必须没有腐蚀、凹陷、污渍、结块、尺寸变化、或其它化学侵蚀。
然而,当使用方法2时,回火色变淡是可接受的。
3.3 书面程序所有操作和测试必须按照工程认可的书面程序进行,(见4.4.3节)。
4.质保条款4.1 检验职责操作者必须为测试提供所有测试样品,并且必须为所有规定测试项目的结果负责。
由买方提供测试需要的零件,如果经过测试后的零件可以接受,那么可以将其放回到这一批被加工的零件中。
工程方认为有必要的话,有权做任何验证性试验,以确保操作满足图纸要求。
4.2 检验分类4.2.1 接收检验4.2.1.1 1级、2级和4级:每一批零件的耐蚀性(3.2.1节)和表面外观(3.2.2节)都要进行接收检验。
4.2.1.2 3级每一批零件的表面外观(3.2.2节)要进行接收检验。
4.2.2 定期检验4.2.2.1 钝化溶液的成分和后处理溶液的成分要进行定期检验,除非工程有要求,否则必须按照操作者选定的频率执行。
详见8. 9节。
4.2.2.2 3级零件耐蚀性要进行定期检验,除非工程有要求,否则必须按照操作者选定的频率执行。
4.2.3 试制前试验这份规范的所有技术要求(3.2节和3.3节)都是试制前试验,当工程认为有必要进行验证性试验时,这些试验必须在试制前执行。
4.3 取样检验将不少于下列要求:一个批次中所有的零件必须是有相同的零件号,在同一批溶液中操作,必须在24小时内完成,并且在同一时间提交给操作者检查。
抽检的零件是在每一批的所有零件中随机选择的。
4.3.1 1级零件除非工程指定一个不同的取样计划,否则,应该按照表2来确定检验试样的最少数量。

4.3.3 当零件不适宜检验时,例如大零件或零件会被这些检验所破坏,那么检验可以考虑使用与零件成分相同且制造方法也相同的复制零件。
见8.10节。
4.3.4 4级零件或试样需按照表3进行取样。

b) 同一个炉子,同一批次,同一尺寸的零件。
c) 在同一天钝化的零件的数量不能确保每日测试,则批量必须得到工程和操作者的共同同意确认。
(2)相同的加工样品,同一合金制造的零件,可用于测试目标。
