油缸密封与沟槽

活塞杆与导向套之间的运动密封容易发生泄露,是 影响液压缸性能的最重要之处。泄露有正常和不正常 两种情况。正常情况下的漏油,是指附着在活塞杆表 面的油膜随活塞杆一起向外伸出之后,在活塞杆向里 缩回时被挡尘刮油圈擦去,结果反复多次动作中蓄积 起来的油液就会滴下。之所以这种情况下的漏油是正 常的,是因为如果油膜完全拭去,活塞杆密封圈就与 相应的活塞杆表面干燥接触,这会使活塞杆在运动过 程中造成局部过热,而显著地加速了密封圈的磨耗。 不正常情况下的漏油,是因往复运动而使活塞杆表面 产生纵向拉伤,并使活塞杆密封圈的唇边受损,引起 显著的漏油状况。

唇形密封件
唇口密封件即通常所说的动密封,以U型密封件为例 说明。U型密圈就是有U型槽的密封件。这种密封件 一端为内唇和外唇,另一端为内跟和外跟,下图为装入 安装槽时因过盈量而变形的U型密封件,这就使得唇 口与活塞杆相接触。当加上液压(油压)时,密封件 的跟部就发生变形,使整个滑动面和活塞杆表面完全 贴在一起。唇口和跟部的接触压力分布的情况与密封 件的密封特性紧密相关。
4.容器、封装、保证材料均不应含有破坏橡胶制品的成 分,如铜、铜合金、汽油、油或诸如此类的物品。含增 塑剂的薄膜不应用于保证橡胶制品。
