A deep impression was carved into my mind which proved to be memorable and educative.At the beginning of this term, we were informed by our PE teacher of getting ready for the Physical Fitness Test on April 12th on the first PE class. No sooner had I heard this news than I sensed there was no way I could pass the exam unless I changed my attitude from negative to positive to the PE class and started training form then on. So I secretly made a promise to myself which was no matter what happened I must keep exercising and adjust my state to the best for the coming examination.So, after that day, I would attend every exercise and training class. And fortunately, when I was almost to give up for my throat burned and breath jammed, there would always have my classmates encouraging me and accompanying with me. I still remembered one day after class, while I was struggling to the final dash our monitor and a few friends joined me and lead my way to the end line.
