【摘要】2024年3月4日,机器人超声治疗领域全球领导企业EDAPTMSSA(纳斯达克股票代码:EDAP)宣布,其FocalOne高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)平台已获得美国食品和药品监督管理局(FDA)的“突破性设备”认定,用于治疗深部浸润型子宫内膜异位症(DIE)。
2018年6月,FDA已批准Focal One机器人用于前列腺组织消融。

摘要：本发明提供一种新型的三模态前列腺癌靶向纳米粒子显像剂及其制备方法。
以具有内源性、高生物学相容的超微粒径有机黑色素纳米粒子(UMNPs)作为载体，将具有PSMA靶向功能的小分子基团与纳米粒子偶联，获得具有前列腺癌靶向的纳米分子影像探针PSMA‑PEG‑UMNPs，并利用UMNPs表面活性基团直接标记核素89Zr及T1加权磁共振造影剂Mn2+，得到具备PAI、MRI和PET 三模态成像功能的纳米探针(89Zr，Mn)‑PSMA‑PEG‑UMNPs。
该探针能与前列腺癌细胞表面的PSMA抗原特异性结合，并分别通过光学、核磁以及核医学手段准确定位PSMA高表达的组织，实现肿瘤的靶向多模态分子影像诊断目的。

EFR32xG22 2.4 GHz 6 dBm无线启动板(WSTK)外形图The EFR32xG22 Wireless Gecko Wireless SoC is featured on a radio board that plugs directly into a Wireless Starter Kit (WSTK) Mainboard.The mainboard features several tools for easy evaluation and development of wireless applications. An on-board J-Link debugger enables programming and debugging on the target device over USB or Ethernet. The Advanced Energy Monitor (AEM) offers realtime current and voltage monitoring. A virtual COM port interface (VCOM) provides an easy-to-use serial port connection over USB or Ethernet. The Packet Trace Interface (PTI) offers invaluable debug information about transmitted and received packets in wireless links.All debug functionality, including AEM, VCOM, and PTI, can also be used towards external target hardware instead of the attached radio board.To further enhance its usability, the mainboard contains sensors and peripherals that demonstrate some of the many capabilities of the EFR32xG22. A 20-pin expansion header (EXP header) is also provided that allows connection of expansion boards (EXP boards) to the kit.Radio BoardsA Wireless Starter Kit consists of one or more mainboards and radio boards that plug into the mainboard. Different radio boards are available, each featuring different Silicon Labs devices with different operating frequency bands.Since the mainboard is designed to work with all different radio boards, the actual pin mapping from a device pin to a mainboard feature is done on the radio board. This means that each radio board has its own pin mapping to the Wireless Starter Kit features, such asbuttons, LEDs, the display, the EXP header and the breakout pads. Because this pin mapping is different for every radio board, it is important that the correct document be consulted which shows the kit features in context of the radio board plugged in.This document explains how to use the Wireless Starter Kit when the EFR32xG22 2.4 GHz 6 dBm Radio Board (BRD4182A) is combined with a Wireless STK Mainboard. FEMLAB31产品新特征

COMSOL 公司于2005年9月6日正式公布3.2 版COMSOL Multiphysics，新的特点能为整个建模与模拟过程带来更大效率的科学性数值模拟套件。
现在软件可以读取所有主要的CAD模块几何文件。
COMSOL Script 为一独立产品，其最大特色为命令行建模。
图形化使用者接口支持工程单元系统，移动式网格功能，可允许仿真移动物体及几何参数。
对现今的客户而言,，或许最明显的是产品名称的改变来适当地反映出公司在科学计算上的贡献。
公司总裁SvanteLittmarck指出，“我们重新命名我们的主流产品FEMLAB 为COMSOL Multiphysics是因为FEMLAB名称在日本已有注册而且它已经是非常稳定的产品线，虽然我们是从有限元(FEM)软件开始，但COMSOL 产品现今及计划未来在功能及需求方面将涵盖更多。
CAD-import，满足所有主要文件格式
为了让使用者更容易绘入CAD 文件至COMSOL Multiphysics来仿真，一系列可以选择的CAD-import 模块，可读取更多的工业标准CAD及网格格式，如: SolidWorks, Solid Edge, NX, 及NASTRAN，可输入已存在的CAD档或网格，让使用者在建模的第一步骤时, 可以略过几何建立，更快速且容易。
CAD Import 模块是以Parasolid几何核心为基准并包含ACIS 来支持SAT格式。
除了原本的Parasolid及SAT 格式，CAD Import 也可以支持STEP及IGES文件格式。
和SolidWorks CAD模块同步，可以有真实的产品设计及模块环境。
而其它可选择的
CAD-import 模块，接受CATIA V4, CATIA V5, Autodesk Inventor, Pro/ENGINEER, 及
VDA-FS 文件格式。
COMSOL Script-建模专用的计算语言
新产品COMSOL Script的推出，呈现数值模拟更广大的视野，不但紧密地整合COMSOL Multiphysics，又可独立成为一个模块。
通过命令行接口、程序编译能力及500个数值计算及视算指令，COMSOL Script 独自掌控所有计算工作。
当执行COMSOL Multiphysics时，这个新语言可以允许从命令行建模，使用者可以使用所有建模功能或可从COMSOL Multiphysics GUI呼叫COMSOL Script的函数来定义模型。
他们也可以由使用者图形接口完成的工作存成M-file并交由COMSOL Script 中来执行这个text-based文件。
藉由script 的工作，使用者可以反复做参数研究及对任何模型做探索及最佳化。
再者, COMSOL Script 的绘图及视化能力设计的标准及一系列的GUI工具，允许使用者快速建构使用者图形接口。
完整的单位系统
还有其它的功能使它更容易建模，例如: COMSOL Multiphysics的图形接口赋予每一个参数适合的单位，使用者可以从九种常用工程单位系统中选择，以便出现一致性的单元卷标在所有的对话框，数据输入区及后处理对话框。
针对流固接口及几合参数的移动网格
Moving Mesh模式开拓全新的建模领域，允许COMSOL Multiphysics容易地模拟移动几何，例如: 在MEMS、压电及生物学的应用:如自由液面及自然波动影响。
使用者定义运动的形态，例如: 强大水流冲击弹性阻碍物产生的挠度或气体或甚至液体在槽中搅动。
结合
移动网格引擎的是几何参数有了这个功能，描述改变的几何不再需要于script file建立回路。
解决大型问题
新的求解器可更快速的解决大型问题，例如: Navier-Stokes方程式归功于新的多重格点技术，可解决比过去10倍大的流体流动问题。
改善的内存管理技术，移除对连续内存配置的需求瓶颈，使得瞬时问题可以如稳态问题一样的大小。
内建多重物理的应用模式使更快更容易建立常见的耦合物理模型，包含: 电和热、流体和热、流体和化学及热和结构影响。
因为这些结合已经建立，所以建模过程中，就如单一物理的问题一样简单了。
时域电磁波模拟
COMSOL Multiphysics全力研发唯一以有限元素为基础来执行时域电磁波仿真的软件，这个特点是非常有用的，例如: 当仿真如雷达或高功率非线性光场等脉冲波时，软件只要一个步骤就可执行频率扫瞄，且交互式后处理可以展现一个波随时间的传播或或反射，更进一步的，软件可以同时提供时间和频率区域电磁波的耦合分析。
最后，新的时域分析及波型种类让使用者直接输入系数及参数进入波方程式，解决问题就变得很有效率，另一个相关的功能，是提供存取如总体RLC参数的功能。

COMSOL Multiphysics是建模及仿真任何物理系统之领导工业科学软件。
它最特殊的能力是同时处理相互影响的、耦合之多重物理现象。
