我心中默念到，心里的小兔子乱窜。
我们约在一家咖啡厅，人少安静合适谈心。
到了咖啡厅后，我观察了四周的环境，安静极了。
我耐心的坐在椅子上等待贝多芬先生的到来。

心手相牵圆梦青岛我和大海有个约会

一、活动背景
由于现阶段经济发展水平不均衡，内陆山区的贫困儿童向往大海，却只能通过教科书上的插图和文字向往着大海，期待着看到现实中大海的样子。
然而，随着现代社会的快速发展，排入海洋的工业生产废物、生活垃圾等海洋污染物越来越多，并且，伴随着人们生活水平的提高，越来越多的人选择假期前往海滨城市旅游，给相关沙滩、海域造成了严重的污染，导致海洋逐渐失去原有的蔚蓝与纯净；同时，保护海洋珍稀动物成为一个热门话题，疯狂的鱼翅贸易及在鱼翅驱使下的全球鲨鱼鳍类贸易导致每年多达7300万头鲨鱼惨遭捕杀，海洋生物受到严重的破坏。
海洋环境污染及海洋生物生存环境被破坏的现象，不仅需要运用科学技术予以治理，更需要呼吁人们从源头上减少对海洋环境造成污染的危害。
枣庄滕州滨湖镇鲁能希望小学被群山包围，学校里的120多个学生，有一半以上的是留守儿童，父母常年外出打工，在大山中的孩子只能渴望考上大学才有机会去大城市读书。
蓝丝带海洋保护协会志愿者目前在此支教了三次，用我们的力量不断地给孩子们带去了一些走出大山的信念，在今年刚过完的暑假支教中的一堂梦想课堂中有一个孩子说道：“去年来蓝丝带支教成员的一位老师给了我一张青岛的照片，好美呀，我多想去看看。
”于是我们邀请乡村儿童来到青岛，体验城市生活，感受不一样的大海气氛，提前体验大学生活，培养他们自立自信自强的能力素质，增强坚定追逐梦想的意识，从而形成积极、向上的人生态度和情感体验，更加健康成长。
开展“我和大海有个约会——筑梦“蓝丝带” 呵护蔚蓝志愿服务系列活动”，通过“蓝丝带”志愿者协会，面向社会各界招募“海洋卫士”志愿者，分别组织“绘海”、“看海”、“护海”等主题公益活动，并向山区贫困家庭的孩子传授海洋知识，宣传保护海洋环境的重要性，增强他们关注海洋环境和保护海洋生态的使命感；通过带领他们一起参与护海志愿行动，对海洋、沙滩进行垃圾清理，利用微博、报纸、海报等积极进行海洋保护宣传，拍摄护海公益宣传片，营造人人都关爱海洋的良好意识与氛围，唤起人们内心深处那份对蔚蓝海洋的向往之心。
二、活动目的
1.唤醒内陆地区人民的海洋意识，建立海洋环境与上游生活密切相关的理念。
2.留守儿童走进青岛，感受不一样的海洋文化氛围，圆孩子的一个大海梦想；
3.引起社会对于内陆地区海洋教育缺失的思考，促进海洋教育理念的树立。
4.向山区贫困家庭的孩子传授海洋知识，宣传保护海洋环境的重要性，带领他们一起参与护海志愿行动，拍摄护海公益宣传片。
5、传播志愿理念，壮大公益力量，用志愿服务来为社会贡献力量，用志愿服务来建设美好家园，帮助更多需要我们呵护的孩子。
6、宣传保护海洋、关爱海洋、维护海洋环境的意识。
7、力争通过微电影、微博等手段，在社会上引发内陆地区的海洋教育、民族学生间的融合与交流的讨论效应，唤起内陆地区对海洋环境教育的重视，宣传海洋，关爱海洋。

八、活动开展
（一）前期准备
1.活动前期，蓝丝带支教枣庄小分队成员与孩子的父母及学校进行沟通，讲述我们的公益活动及目的，取得家长及学校对本次活动的认同和支持；
2．由秘书处队员负责为参加本次活动的老师和学生购买保险；
3. 由宣传部队员联系青岛电视台、半岛都市报等媒体对活动做相关报道；4．活动开展前三天队内各个队员做好任务安排，见附件1。
中期开展
10月2日希望小学老师带领学生坐早晨5:49的火车，下午13:51到达青岛。
安排好接应车辆，蓝丝带7名队员提前一个小时在青岛火车站等候。
16:00前到达青岛农业大学，为老师、学生安排旅馆住宿，在学校餐厅就餐。
20:00队长负责在旅馆为大家讲解这三天的流程，嘱咐学生早点休息。
2、10月3号
早晨7:00五环操场集合跑操
7:20润兴餐厅集合吃早饭
8:00志愿者带领师生参观校园，体验大学生活，更加坚定孩子们上大学走出大山的梦想；
路线：宿舍区——知音广场——虹子湖——虹子桥——教学区——学校主楼（4）9:30学校南门集合前往世纪公园参观，志愿者负责解说。
（5）12:00在海都餐厅门口集合吃午餐，之后送孩子回旅馆休息。
（6）14:00在古庙小学门口集合，由古庙小学老师带领师生参观学校，并与古庙小学同学一起交流海洋知识，画出心中最美的海洋。
（7）17:30 在博爱餐厅集合吃晚饭。
（8）19:00在教学区集合，安排志愿者在多媒体教室内为孩子们上一节图文生并茂的互动海洋科普课。
（9）21:00送学生回旅馆休息。
3、10月4号世园圆梦（志愿者解说）
（1）7:30吃完早餐在南门集合，公交车613——长城路——世园专线——世园会
（2）参观路线：植物馆——看一场世园中国际文化演出——主题馆（海洋馆）在海洋馆中让蓝丝带专业的科普队员带孩子们一边观赏一边讲解海洋知识，体验海洋馆中的海底世界，感受青岛海滨城市的美丽，让蓝丝带的队员带孩子一起探索海底的奥妙；在国际园附近看一场盛大的国际演出，让孩子们亲身体验艺术的魅力，增强对美的向往，激发前进的动力；去主题馆感受高科技的能量，通过世园为乡村留守儿童创造一个体验新生活的契机，让他们在亲身经历中，感受美的熏陶，提升追求美和创造美的能力，转化成激励自己学习的正能量。
注：志愿者准备食物中午与孩子们在世园会野餐
（3）15:30世园会门口集合，乘坐311公交车前往栈桥住宿。
（4）18:00晚餐
（5）19:00学生们在旅馆内为志愿者准备礼物，同时打电话回家报平安。
（6）20:30休息
4、10月5号
（1）6:00在旅馆外集合，前往栈桥看海上日出，组织学生动手清理海岸垃圾。
（2）7:30吃早餐
（3）8:30志愿者与学生们一起在海边捡贝壳、做沙画游戏，准备一场海边“T 台”秀，并放飞梦想的漂流瓶。
（4）11:30午餐、休息
（5）14:00集合前往青岛水族馆，看海洋动物学习科普知识
（6）15:30集合前往八大关感受异国风情文化，志愿者负责解说。
（7）17:00晚餐
（8）18:00志愿者与学生道别互送礼物。
5、10月6号，安排老师和学生平安返回。
（三）后期总结
每天结束后负责人组织所有志愿者进行总结，反思此次活动的得与失，同时及时提出从孩子们身上发现的问题，讨论解决方法。

九、活动注意事项
1. 为防止活动的设备不能及时准备，影响活动实施，因此团队成员会在每项活动实施之前，提前准备好一切可能需要的设备，以应对突发状况
2.每一次活动举办之前都制定详细的方案，规划好活动流程，明确每个志愿者的职责；在每次活动出发前进行安全培训，确保每次活动安全、顺利地进行；在参
与者人数多的情况下，会安排专业安保人员进行秩序维护及安全保障。
3.为防止团队人员或孩子们出现人身安全事故，为参加活动的志愿者和孩子购买人身安全保险。
因此在活动实施过程中，我们团队要时刻注意保障人员安全，保证一个队员看一个孩子，杜绝任何安全隐患，备好应急预案
4.另外，在交通方面，交通路线提前准备明确，确保能安全准时到达公益地点；在饮食方面，与学校食堂及公益地点处食堂协商好，承诺我们团队成员可以在食堂进行就餐，提供饮食保障；在住宿方面，尽量与学校协商，为我们提供住宿安排；在设备方面，我们团队已准备好活动需要的设备，确保公益活动的有效举行；在安全方面，备有一定的常用药品，如感冒药、晕车药等，确保每个人的的生命安全。
