压缩机

1、指示功率:只是指压缩机单位时间内所消耗的指示功,单位为W。
2、指示效率:是指压缩机的等熵压缩功率与指示功率之比,也是制冷剂等熵压缩比功和实际指示比功之比。
指示效率表示压缩机循环过程中热力过程的完善程度。
3、轴功率:由原动机传到压缩机主轴上的功率为轴功率4、轴效率:等熵压缩功率与轴功率之比5、机械效率:初为指示功率与轴功率之比,表示压缩机摩擦损失的程度6、电功率:从电源输人驱动电动机的功率7、电效率:为等熵功率与电功率之比注:对于封闭式压缩机,其电效率也可表示为指示效率、机械效率与电动机效率队之乘积第一章容积型制冷压缩机的热力学基础容积型压缩机是蒸气压缩式制冷机中应用领域最广泛、使用数量最多的压缩机,它们的功率可以从几十瓦到几千千瓦的宽广范围。
尽管容积型压缩机的结构形式众多,但究其热力学基础还有许多部分是相同的。
第一节单级活塞式压缩机的理论循环单级活塞式压缩机的理论循环的假设条件:1、压缩机没有余隙容积2、吸汽与排汽过程中没有压力损失3、吸汽与排汽过程中无热量传递4、无漏汽损失5、无摩擦损失一、活塞式压缩机的理论输汽量1.气缸工作容积Vp,单位为m32.理论容积输气量qvt(或称理论排量),单位为m3/h是指压缩机按理论循环工作时,在单位时间内所能供给、按进口处吸气状态换算的气体容积。
