How is the Weather? 教案设计教学内容分析:本课是新授课,要求能使学生了解天气的英语表达方法,会使用What’s the weather like ?句型进行天气的询问并回答。
教学对象分析:本课的教学对象是四年级的学生。
四年级的学生活泼好动,勇于开口模仿,他们接触英语有两三年了,对英语有一定的基础和兴趣。
通过以往的学习,学生掌握了一些基本的句型和单词,能够进行简单的问候语和对话,学生还能听懂一些课堂用语和有秩序地进行教学游戏。
但学生控制能力差,有些学生基础不好,对英语没有多大兴趣,因此在这节课中我充分利用信息技术吸引学生的注意力、激发学生学习兴趣、培养学生的语言表达能力,让学生在轻松愉快的气氛中学习英语。

首先老师把准备好的画着晴天、多云、雨天、刮风、下雪五种天气的单词卡片分发给站在讲台前的五位同学,再将这五种天气的卡片分发给教室里的其他五位同学,接着老师一声令下,这五位拿着单词卡片的同学迅速跑向台上举着相对应天气图片的同学,两人确认后击掌,在大声读这个单词三遍,迅速并完成好的同学都能够得奖。
5)让学生了解一些构词法 sun rain snow cloud wind是名词,是事物的名称。
要说天气怎么样,对天气状况实行描述是就要用形容词 sunny, rainy ,snowy, cloudy, windy。
天气方面的名词变为形容词时加形容词后缀。
如;sun---sunny cloud---cloudy wind---windy snow---snowy三. 巩固(2)课件展示,根据图上所标城市的天气情况,逐个展示出这几种天气:sunny 、 rainy 、 snowy 、cloudy 、windy.先问当地的天气:How is the weather in lanzhou?It’s sunny .再问其它各地的天气:How is the weather in Xi'an?It’srainy .How is the weather in Shangh ai?It’s snowy .How is the weather in Tianjin?It’s windy .(3)通过问答,学生已经初步了解了描述天气的说法。
